    摘要:

    为获得紫云英磷高效利用品种,通过施磷和不施磷处理对9个紫云英品种(系)进行筛选和鉴定。研究结果发现:9个紫云英品种(系)间性状差异明显;84341022、闽紫6号、浙紫5-12和8487711植株直立、高大粗壮,显著区别于信阳种、余江大叶和弋江籽;信阳种、余江大叶和弋江籽品种分枝数显著多于其它品种。磷效率采用种子和鲜草产量为指标,以耐低磷力、品种适应性及综合力描述,筛选出闽紫7号高耐低磷力品种(耐低磷力达到146.5%),8487711和闽紫7号磷高效利用品种(综合力都达到1级标准,分别为84.8 % 和80.3 %)以及余江大叶磷敏感基因型品种(缺磷时产量低,施磷后产量显著提高)。对于紫云英磷高效利用品种的稳定性和可靠性还有待连续多年试验验证。本研究结果可为南方稻区选育磷高效利用紫云英品种提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    To obtain milk vetch phosphorus efficient use breed,phosphorus applied and non phosphorus applied treatments were set for nine milk vetch breeds (lines) for screening and identification.The results showed that:There were significant differences for the characters of 9 milk vetch breeds (lines); 84341022,Minzi No6,Zhezi 5-12 and 8487711 plants were upright,tall and stout which were significantly different from Xinyang breed,Yujiang large leaves and Yijiang seed; The numbers of branches of Xinyang breed,Yujiang large leaves and Yijiang seed were significantly more than those of the other varieties.The yield of seeds and fresh grass were used as indicators of phosphorus efficiency,together with tolerance of low phosphorus and breeds adaptability description,to screen Minzi No7 as high tolerance to low phosphorus breed (percentage of tolerance to low phosphorus was around 146.5%),both 8487711 and Minzi No7 as phosphorus efficient use breed (both comprehensive evaluation reached to the first level,namely 84.8% and 80.3%,respectively) as well as Yujiang large leaves as phosphorus sensitive genotypes (the yield was low when the soil was lack of phosphorus,but the yield increased significantly when phosphorus fertilizer was applied).It still takes consecutive many years to verify the breed stability and reliability of milk vetch phosphorus efficiency.The results could be used to provide scientific basis for the use of phosphorus efficiency milk vetch breeds in Southern China.
