中国鹅掌楸网袋容器育苗轻基质配方的研究

    摘要:

    选用泥炭、炭化稻壳、蛭石、珍珠岩混合配制成9种育苗轻基质,通过对中国鹅掌楸容器育苗试验,进行基质配方的选择研究。结果表明,使用不同配方的轻基质培育的中国鹅掌楸苗木在苗高、地径、根系、单株干生物量上差异显著,M9配方轻基质(泥炭50%+炭化稻壳50%)育苗效果最好,当年苗木(4月龄)高8.10 cm,地径3.43 mm;移植原基质中继续培育1年的苗高达到38.7 cm,地径7.9~10.0 mm,苗木粗壮,根系发达。

    Abstract:

    9 seedling formulas of light medium were made from mixture of peat,carbonised rice husk,vermiculite and perlite.Containerized seedling method was applyed to plant Liriodendron chinensis(Hemsl.)Sarg.to choose better substrate formula.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height,ground diameter,root system and dry biomass per plant among the 9 formulas.The young plants with formula M9 (peat 50%+ carbonised rice husk 50%) grew the best than the other 8 formulas,its height and ground diameter(age of four months) were 8.1 cm and 3.43 mm respectively.And when it was transplanted and continued to cultivate in original formula,then its height could reach 38.7 cm and ground diameter could be 7.9~10 mm,and the tree trunks and roots presented strong.
