In this article the policies and measures protecting soil in USA,agriculture and soil management for proenvironment in Korea and British soil strategic plans were analyzed and the relevant measures of the three typical countries from Americas,Asia and Europe were summarized.To the existing problems of soil protection in our country,the article obtained important enlightenments:Legislation to be set up first,measures to be followed up;system to be promoted,comprehensive development to be used;Clear labor to be divided,and jointly promoted.
