Microbial ecology is the most important part in the study of terrestrial ecosystems,and it is an emerging discipline with penetrating and bonding the soil science,microbiology and ecology.This paper briefly described the current status of the application of microbial ecology,from the research methods,agricultural fertilization,agricultural cropping systems,ecological control and application prospects,etc.It is of great importance and have the great potential application in regulating the growth of crops.
