In order to study the effects of four［eg.,0 kg·hm-2(CK),1 500 kg·hm-2(OF1),3 000 kg·hm-2(OF2),4 500 kg·hm-2(OF3)］ different gradient organic fertilization on soil mesoand microfauna community and diversity in northeast farmland black soil,we sampled from June to September,2016 during the growing season of maize.The research results show that：1)2 821 soil mesoand microfauna individuals were captured,OF1,OF2 and OF3 treatments significantly increased individual density (P＜0.05) by 2.28%,31.93% and 60.70%,respectively,compared to CK.Organic fertilizer application insignificantly decreased group richness of soil mesoand microfauna(P>0.05).2) Soil mesoand microfauna diversity index had no significant differences under all treatments (P>0.05).3) Soil mesoand microfauna communities in black soil had obvious surface assembly.Individual density and group richness in 0~10 cm in all treatments was significantly higher than that of 10～20 cm and 20～30 cm (P<0.05).Organic fertilization application have profound impact on soil mesoand microfauna community.Individual density was more responsive than group richness in the short time observation.The significant change in diversity index might be observed in long time experiment.
