    摘要:

    以紫花苜蓿间作玉米(以下简称玉米间作)以及玉米单作 3年定位试验的白浆土为研究对象,以玉米单作为对照,探索玉米间作在不同施氮水平下对白浆土腐殖质组成的影响。通过 140、175、200和 225 kg/hm24个施氮水平的设置,探索了两种栽培模式在玉米拔节期、抽雄期和灌浆期对白浆土总有机碳(TOC)以及水溶性物质(WSS)、胡敏酸(HA)、可提取腐殖酸(HE)及胡敏素(Hu)组分碳含量(C WSS、CHA、CHE和CHu)的影响,并分析胡富比(C HA/CFA)、HA碱溶液 E4/E6的变化。结果表明:(1)无论玉米单作或是间作紫花苜蓿,配施 200 kg/hm2氮均可在玉米灌浆期充分抑制 TOC的矿化分解,使 TOC含量为 6.69和 6.93 g/kg,显著高于其他处理;(2)玉米单作或是间作结合 140 kg/hm2施氮量均可显著提高玉米灌浆期的 C Hu,在此施氮水平下,TOC中 C HE比例也可得到显著提高;(3)玉米单作结合较高施氮水平(200和 225 kg/hm2)、玉米间作结合较低施氮水平(140和 175 kg/hm2)均有利于 FA向 HA的转化,改善腐殖质品质,尤其在玉米抽雄期和灌浆期,玉米单作结合 200 kg/hm2施氮量能够较好促进 HA形成,使 C HA达到 1.85和 1.74 g/kg,显著高于其他处理,在该施氮影响下,玉米间作紫花苜蓿更易促进 HA分子的芳构化程度。

    Abstract:

    Taking albic soil samples respectively from corn intercropping with Medicago sativa L.(hereinafter referred to ascornintercropping)and corn monocropping under the 3 -year field experiment as the researchobjects,the corn monocroppingserving as acontrol,the effect of corn intercropping on the humus composition of albic soil was explored under different levelsof Napplication.Four N application levels of140,175,200 and 225 kg/hm2 were set up to explore the dynamic changes oftotal organicC(TOC)content,C contents of water -solublesubstance(WSS),humicacid(HA),humic -extracted acid(HE),and humin(Hu)components(C WSS,CHA,CHE and CHu),C HA/CFA ratio and E4/E6 ratio of HA alkaline solutionof albic soil from two cultivation modes at the cornjointing,tasseling,and fillingstages,respectively.The results showedthat:(1)Regardless of corn monocropping or intercropping with Medicago sativa L.,the two cultivation modes combined with N application of 200 kg/hm2fully inhibited the microbial mineralization and decomposition ofTOC(6.69 and 6.93g/kg,respectively)at the corn filling stage,which was significantly higher than that of othertreatments;(2)Corn monocropping or intercropping combined with 140 kg/hm2 of N application significantly increased CHuat the filling stage,and the ratio of CHEin TOC was also significantly increased;(3)The corn monocropping combined with higher N application levels(200 and 225 kg/hm2),and the intercropping combined with lower N application levels(140 and 175 kg/hm2)were all beneficialto the conversion of FA to HA and improving the humusquality,especially at the tasseling and fillingstages.Combined with N application at 200 kg/hm2,the formation of HA could be more promoted,and C HA was 1.85 and 1.74 g/kg at the tasselingand fillingstages,respectively,which was significantly higher than othertreatments.Under the influence of Napplication, the intercropping with Medicago sativa L.was easier to promote the degree of aromatization of HAmolecules.
