施用有机肥提高黑土土壤酶活性、增加细菌数量及种类多样性

    摘要:

    为研究有机肥施用量对黑土土壤酶活性及细菌群落的影响,明确黑土细菌群落变化与有机肥施用量的相关性,从而为调节土壤微生物群落结构,改善其生态功能提供科学依据。设置不施有机肥(CK)、有机肥施用量15000(YJ1)、22500(YJ2)、30000(YJ3)、37500(YJ4)和 45 000 kg/hm2(YJ5)6个处理,通过连续 2年田间试验,研究土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性以及细菌群落多样性的变化规律。施用有机肥能够提高土壤蔗糖酶(26.3%~56.6%)、脲酶(5.8%~56.4%)、过氧化氢酶(0%~17.7%)、碱性磷酸酶的活性(7.4%~ 43.6%),YJ2处理酶活性较高;施用有机肥提高了黑土土壤变形菌门和厚壁菌门的相对丰度,并降低了放线菌门相对丰度。过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性是影响细菌群落多样性较大的因子。施用有机肥可不同程度增加细菌数量和种类多样性,进而使土壤系统向稳定健康的方向发展。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of organic manure application rate on soil enzyme activity and bacterial community in blacksoil,the correlation between the changes of bacterial community in black soil and the application rate of organic fertilizer wasdetermined,which provided a scientific basis for regulating soil microbial community structure and improving its ecological function.No application of organic fertilizer(CK),organic fertilizer application of 15000(YJ1),22500(YJ2),30000(YJ3),37 500(YJ4)and 45 000 kg/hm2(YJ5)were carried out through two consecutive years of field experiments to study the changes ofsoilinvertase,urease,catalase,alkaline phosphatase activity and bacterial communitydiversity.Application of organic fertilizerincreased soil invertase(26.3%~56.6%),urease(5.8%~56.4%),catalase(0%~17.7%),alkaline phosphataseactivity(7.4%~43.6%),and enzyme activity of YJ2 treatment was thehighest.The application of organic fertilizer improved therelative abundance of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes bacteria in blacksoil,and reduced the relative abundance ofActinobacteria.Catalase and invertase are the major factors that affect the diversity of bacterial communities.The application of organic fertilizercould increase the number and variety of bacteria in different degrees,and then the soil system develops in a stable and healthydirection.
