    摘要:

    针对宁南山区马铃薯连作导致的土壤养分失衡、土壤微生物失调等土壤障碍问题,开展生物培肥及 AMF对马铃薯连作土壤微生物特征及产量的影响研究。研究结果表明,与传统施肥(CK 1)相比,增施生物有机肥和菌剂能够改善马铃薯生长发育特征,分别延长马铃薯生育期总天数 10和 3 d左右;增施生物菌剂及生物有机肥减少真菌数量、增加细菌数量,可有效提高土壤微生物总量,比传统施肥增加 2~ 3倍;AMF接种能明显提高马铃薯的菌根真菌侵染率,AMF接种的侵染率较不接种高出 22.39%。与传统施肥处理相比,各处理的马铃薯产量均有增加。其中,增施生物有机肥处理产量最高,达 51 687.3 kg/hm2,增产 68.7%;其次为接种 AMF处理,约增产40%左右。由此可知,土壤有益微生物群落的调整和培养与作物产量的直接表现之间具有不同步性,但是从长远土壤培育角度来看,土壤有益微生物种群的建立是保持土壤质量持续健康、矫治连坐障碍、实现马铃薯持续高产的有效途径。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at soil obstacle such as soil nutrient imbalance and soil microbial imbalance caused by continuous croppingof potato in Southern Ningxia mountainarea,the effects of bio -fertilization and AM bacteria on soil microbial characteristicsand yield of potato continuous cropping were studied. Studies showed that comparing with traditionalfertilization(CK 1),the application of bio-organic fertilizers and microbial agents improved the growth and development characteristics ofpotatoes,and prolonged the total days of potato growth by 10 and 3 days,respectively. The application of biological agents and bio -organic fertilizers reduced the number of fungi and increased the number of bacteria. The total amount of soil microorganismsalso effectively increased,which was 2~ 3 times higher than that of traditional fertilization. AMF inoculation significantlyincreased the infection rate of potato mycorrhizalfungi,which was 22.39% higher than that of without inoculation. Comparedwith traditional fertilization treatment,potato yield increased under all other three treatments. Amongthem,the yield of bio -organic fertilizer treatment reached thehighest,which was 51 687.3 kg/hm2,with an increase of68.7%;followed by AMFtreatment,increased with 40%. It can be seen that there is an unsynchronization between the adjustment and cultivation ofsoil beneficial microbial communities and the direct performance of crop yields.However,from the perspective of long -termsoilcultivation,the establishment of soil beneficial microbial populations is an effective way to maintain sustainable andhealthy soilquality,correct the continuous croppingobstacle,and achieve sustainable high yields of potatoes.
