    摘要:

    为探讨凹凸棒石保水剂对小麦生长及衰老的作用,以济麦 22为供试材料于青岛农业大学黄岛区宝山试验基地进行了大田试验,研究了不同施用量凹凸棒石保水剂对小麦旗叶光合特性及衰老的影响。研究结果表明:在小麦开花期后,T1、T2、T3处理净光合速率高于CK、T4处理,且呈 T3>T2>T1>CK>T4趋势,说明适量的凹凸棒石保水剂对小麦的净光合速率有一定的促进作用,气孔导度、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率趋势与其一致。在小麦灌浆期旗叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性趋势随施用量增加而增加,但过量时有负面影响,丙二醛(MDA)含量趋势则相反,说明施用适量凹凸棒石保水剂能延缓小麦旗叶衰老。净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量与产量呈显著正相关,SOD、POD、CAT与产量呈极显著正相关。研究结果表明:凹凸棒石保水剂施用量为 22.5 kg/hm2时穗数、穗粒数、千粒重较对照分别增加8.5%、6.3%、11.6%,产量增加10.8%,是本试验条件下的最佳施用量。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effects of atapulgite water retaining agent on the growth and senescence ofwheat,the field experiment was conducted at Baoshan Test Site of Qingdao Agricultural University in Huangdao district to study the diverse influence of the different application amounts of atapulgite water retaining agent on photosynthetic characteristics and senescence of flag leaves of wheat. The winter wheat cultivar Jimai 22 was used. The results showed that after wheat floweringstage,the net photosynthetic rates of T1,T2 and T3 treatments was higher than that of CK and T4,and T3>T2>T1>CK>T4,which indicated that the proper amount of atapulgite had a certain promoting effect on the net photosynthetic rate ofwheat,and the trend of stomatalconductance,chlorophyll content and transpiration rate was consistent with it. The trendof superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity and catalase(CAT)activity in the flag leaves of wheat during grain filling stage increased with the increase of application rate but had a negative effect when the amountwas excessive. Thealdehyde(MDA)content trend wasopposite,indicating that the application of the appropriate amount of attapulgite water-retaining agent could delay the senescence of wheat flag leaves. Net photosynthetic rate,stomatalconductance,chlorophyll content were significantly positively correlated with yield,whileSOD,POD and CAT were extremely significantly positively correlated with yield. This study showed that when the application rate of attapulgite water-retaining agent was 22.5 kg/hm2,the number ofpanicles,grain number per spike and 1 000 -grain weight increased by8.5%,6.3%,11.6% compared with the control,respectively,and the yield increased by 10.8%,which was the best under the conditions of this experiment.
