    摘要:

    采用盆栽试验,连续两年研究结果期短期(9 d)低氮(0.83和 5.83 mmol/L)处理对辣椒生长发育、产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明,适度低氮(5.83 mmol/L,T2)对辣椒净光合速率无显著影响;低氮处理后各处理组辣椒株高较对照降低,但在恢复正常供氮(即对照水平,9.83 mmol/L)9 d后,适度低氮处理的株高较对照增加,但无显著差异;植株叶面积在处理期无显著差异,恢复正常供氮 9 d后,适度低氮处理的植株叶面积较对照显著增加,而其产量与对照无显著差异;低氮处理后果实品质提高,适度低氮处理植株果实中相比对照的 Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、辣椒素、二氢辣椒素含量增加,硝酸盐含量减少,均差异显著;低氮处理后植物生物量也有所提高,适度低氮处理植株叶片干鲜重量显著高于对照水平。因此,结果期短时期适度低氮处理(5.83 mmol/L)能够在保证植株生长和产量的基础上提高果实品质。

    Abstract:

    The experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of short-term(9days)low nitrogen supply ongrowth,yieldand quality of pepper grown in nutrient solution with potted cultivation during fruitstage,in 2018~2019.Three treatmentswere setup,including low nitrogensupply(0.83mmol/L,T1),moderately low nitrogensupply(5.83mmol/L,T2)andthecontrol(9.83 mmol/L,CK).The results showed that T2 had no significant effect on net photosynthetic rate of pepperplant.The plant height of T1 and T2 treatments decreased compared with thecontrol.However,after returning to normalnitrogensupply(9.83mmol/L)for 9days,the plant height of T2 increased compared with thecontrol,but there was nosignificantdifference.The leaf area of the plants was not significantly different during the treatmentperiod.After recoveringto normal nitrogen supply for 9days,the leaf area of the plants treated with moderately low nitrogen treatment significantlyincreased compared with the control,while the yield was not significantly different from thecontrol.Low nitrogen treatmentimproved the fruit quality.Compared with the control,the level of Vc,soluble protein,soluble sugar,capsaicin anddihydrocapsaicin in the fruits of moderately low nitrogen treatment significantly increased,and the nitrate level decreasedsignificantly.Low nitrogen treatment increased plant biomass,and both the dry and fresh weight of plants leaves suppliedwith moderately low nitrogen treatment were higher than thecontrol.Consequently,moderately low nitrogen treatment(5.83mmol/L)in a short period during fruit stage improved fruit quality on the basis of ensuring plant growth and yield.
