Responses of root activity,nutrient uptake and yield of summer maize to different fertilization methods

    摘要:

    采用盆栽试验方法研究夏玉米根系脱氢酶活性、植株氮磷钾养分吸收、干物质积累和产量对不同施肥方式的响应,以期为夏玉米合理施肥提供理论依据。结果表明:与农民习惯施肥(T6)比,推荐施肥量分 2层施用的 T4效果最佳,其成熟期干物质积累量增加 30.4%,氮、磷、钾养分吸收量分别提高 30.6%、28.5%、26.4%,增产 34.3%;推荐施肥量分 3层施用的 T5效果次之,其成熟期干物质积累量增加 13.1%,25~ 35 cm根系脱氢酶活性显著提升 40.3%,氮、钾养分吸收量分别提高 5.7%、7.7%,增产 16.0%。推荐施肥量分层施用配施有机肥能满足玉米后期养分需求,促进根系下扎,有效促进各土层根系脱氢酶活性,提高干物质与氮、磷、钾养分积累量,增产效果显著;综合以推荐施肥量分 2层施用(推荐施肥量一半氮肥施在 5~ 15 cm,另一半氮肥和全部磷钾肥、生物有机肥施在 15~ 25cm)的处理较为合适。

    Abstract:

    Pot experiment wasadopted,and the responses of summer maize root dehydrogenaseactivity,the nutrient uptakeofN,P andK,dry matter accumulation and yield to different fertilization methods were analyzed to provide theoreticalbasis for rational fertilization of summermaize.Results showed that compared with the traditionalfertilization(T6),T4(the recommended fertilization amount is divided into 2layers)was thebest.The dry matter accumulation of T4 increasedby30.4%,and the nutrient uptake ofN,P and K increased by30.6%,28.5% and26.4%,respectively,and the yieldincreased by 34.3%.T5(the recommended fertilization amount is divided into 3 layers)was the second.The dry matteraccumulation of T5 increased by13.1%,the dehydrogenase activity of 25~ 35 cm increased by40.3%,and the nutrientuptake of N and K increased by 5.7% and7.7%,respectively,and the yield increased by16.0%.The recommendedfertilization combined with organic fertilizer can meet the nutrient requirements of maize in the latestage,promote the rootsystemdevelopment,effectively promote the dehydrogenase activity of roots in various soillayers,increase the accumulationof dry matter andN,P and Knutrients,and increase the yieldsignificantly.Overall,T4(half of the recommended amount of N fertilizer applied to 5~15cm,the other half of the N fertilizer + the total P and K fertilizer + bio -organic fertilizerapplied to 15~ 25cm)processing is moreappropriate.
