    摘要:

    研究沾化冬枣叶片和土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)化学计量特征的生长季动态,判定沾化冬枣不同生长阶段的限制性营养元素,为沾化冬枣合理施肥提供理论指导。采用五点取样法,于 2016年 5~ 10月每月定期采集沾化冬枣叶片及林下 0~ 80 cm土壤样品,测定叶片 C、N、P及土壤有机碳(SOC)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)含量。结果表明,5~ 10月份,冬枣叶片 C含量呈逐渐上升趋势,10月份达到最大值(477.89±1.0)mg/g;叶片N、P含量呈先下降后保持相对稳定趋势,5月份叶片N、P含量最高,分别为(42.93±0.38)mg/g、

    Abstract:

    The dynamic changes of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)stoichiometry during the growingseason of Dongzao( Zizyphus jujubaMillvar. inermisDongzao)were studied and the constraints and consequences of these mass balances during ecological interactions were analyzed to assess the nutrient limitations and the results will be helpful for formulating scientific fertilization in Dongzao yards and for sustainable development of the Dongzao industry in Shandongprovince,China.Five -point sampling method was employed to collect samples of soil and leaves of Dongzao from May to October,2016.At each samplingpoint,two healthy trees and one soil profile were selected for sample collection.TheDongzao leaves were collected from four compass directions and mixed evenly into onesample.The foliarC,N,and P and the soilorganicC,totalN,total P weredetermined.The foliar C contents were negatively correlated with N and Pcontents.The foliarN contents showed a significant positive correlation with Pcontents.The foliar C content was the lowest in June with valueof(443.01±1.53)mg/g,and the highest in October with valueof(477.89±1.0)mg/g.The foliar N and P contents werethe highest in Mayat(42.93±0.38)mg/gand(3.37±0.16)mg/g,respectively.The foliar N and P contents decreased significantly to a stable level afterJune.The averaged foliar N and P contents from June to Octoberwere(31.78±0.32)mg/gand(1.66±0.04)mg/g,respectively.The lowest foliar C∶P and N∶P ratios were found in May with values of 136.9±6.2and12.7±0.5,respectively.The foliar C∶N∶P ratio increased significantly and kept a stable level afterJune.The averagefoliar C∶P and N∶P ratios from June to October were287.4±8.4,19.8±0.7,respectively.The foliar C∶P ratio showeda positive correlation with foliar C content and a negative correlation with foliar Pcontent,whereas the foliar N∶P ratioshowed a negative correlation with foliarN,Pcontents.The soilC,N,and P contents decreased with soil depth increasedand showed a significant positive correlation with eachother.TheC,N,and P contents in the 0~ 20 cm soil layer were(29.19±1.09)mg/g,(1.73±0.11)mg/g,and(1.88±0.1)mg/g,respectively,which were significantly higher thanthose in other soillayers.There were no significant differences inC,N,and P contents among different months and amongsoil layers below 20cm.The foliarC,N,and P contents were not significantly correlated with those of soil because of foliarfertilization.Fertilization induced higher foliarC,N,and P contents and lower C∶N∶P ratios of Dongzao than the nationaland globallevels.The soilC,N,and P contents in the Dongzao yard were higher than the nationallevels.The soil C∶N∶Pratios showed a Redfield ratio of 19.1∶0.9∶1.0 and were similar to the nationallevels.The foliar N∶P fluctuations showedthat the growth of Dongzao was limited by N at the initial stage of the growingseason,and limited by P at other stages of thegrowingseason.
