    摘要:

    为提供丹参工厂化育苗技术支持,筛选丹参无土育苗营养液最优配方,试验通过 L 9(34)正交试验选择具有代表性的营养液配方组合(Ⅰ~Ⅸ)对丹参幼苗进行处理,纯水处理为对照组(CK),以育成丹参幼苗的农艺性状、生理生化指标及综合得分情况作为判断标准,同时分析营养液配方组合中的优质配方和营养液正交结果的最优组合。结果表明,施用组别Ⅰ的营养液,丹参幼苗的地上部分鲜重及干重、株高、可溶性糖含量、根系活力均为较高值,施用组别Ⅵ的营养液,丹参幼苗的地下部分鲜重及干重、根粗、类胡萝卜素均为较高值;综合评分显示,组别Ⅰ具有最高得分,其次是组别Ⅵ,综合得分正交结果显示最优营养液水平组合为 KNO 3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493 mg/L。综上,适合丹参幼苗生长的优质营养液配方组合为组别Ⅰ(KNO 3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 948 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L)和组别Ⅵ(KNO 3 607 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 246 mg/L)。适合丹参幼苗生长的最优营养液水平组合为 KNO3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide technical support for industrialized seedling raising of Salvia miltiorrhiza and screen the optimum formula of nutrient solution for soilless seedling raising of Salvia miltiorrhiza,the representative formulacombination of nutrientsolution(Ⅰ~Ⅸ)was selected through L 9(34)orthogonal experiment to treat Salvia miltiorrhizaseedlings,and pure water treatment was used as control group(CK),in order to cultivate the agronomicshape,physiology and biochemistry of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Indicators and comprehensive scores were used as the criteria forjudging,and the optimal combination of high quality formula and orthogonal results of nutrient solution in nutrient solution formulationcombination wereanalyzed.The results showed that the fresh weight and dryweight,plantheight,soluble sugar content and root activity of the above ground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings were higher when the nutrient solution of group Ⅰ wasapplied,and the fresh weight and dryweight,root diameter and carotenoids of the underground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings were higher when the nutrient solution of groupⅥ wasapplied.The highest score was groupⅠ,followed by groupⅥ.The orthogonal test showed that the optimal nutrient solution level combination was KNO 3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L.Inconclusion,the optimal nutrient solution formulation for Salviamiltiorrhiza seedling growth was groupⅠ(KNO 3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 948 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L)and groupⅥ(KNO 3 607 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 246mg/L).The optimum nutrient solution combination for the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings was KNO3 810 mg/L∶CaCl2 295 mg/L∶NH4H2PO4 208 mg/L∶MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L.
