    摘要:

    从新疆和田地区盐碱地的盐穗木根际土壤中筛选到一株耐盐碱菌株 D8,对菌株 D8的生物学特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:D8菌株具有较为广谱的碳源偏好,牛肉膏、蔗糖、麦芽糖、葡萄糖均为其偏好碳源,而 D8菌株对氮源的偏好较为狭窄,对蛋白胨表现出了明显的偏好性;生长曲线测定的结果显示 D8菌株在前 8 h生长比较缓慢,26 h达到对数生长期的后期并基本进入稳定期;盐碱去除实验结果表明 D8菌株降 pH值性能比较明显,而降盐过程无明显变化;从不同初始的 pH浓度实验结果可以看出,D8菌株具有较强的耐碱性能,pH值 8、9皆为适宜其生长的 pH值,pH值到达 11时,菌株的生长受到极大地抑制。

    Abstract:

    A saline-alkali resistant strain D8 was screened from the rhizosphere soil of saline-alkali soil in the Hetian area of Xinjiang,and the biological characteristics of the strain D8 were studied.The experimental results showed that the D8 strain had a broad spectrum of carbon source preference,beef paste,sucrose,maltose,and glucose were all their preferred carbon sources,while D8 strain had a narrower preference for nitrogen sources,showing a clear preference for peptone.The results of the growth curve measurement showed that D8 strain grew slowly in the first 8h.At 26 h,it reached the stable phase of the logarithmic growth phase.The salt-alkali removal experiment showed that the pH-reducing performance of D8 strain was obvious,but the salt-reducing process did not change significantly.The experimental results of different initial pH concentrations showed that D8strain had strong alkali resistance ability,pH 8 and 9 were suitable for its growth.When pH reached 11,the growth of the strain was greatly inhibited.
