    摘要:

    从土壤中筛选出一株能在以 Ca 3(PO4)2为无机磷源的平板上形成透明圈,且在以 FePO 4和 AlPO 4为无机磷源的平板上不能产生肉眼可见的溶磷圈的青霉菌株( Penicillium brocae)P6。在液体培养条件下,P6能够高效溶解 Ca 3(PO4)2,对 FePO 4和 AlPO 4也具有一定的溶解能力,但远不如 Ca 3(PO4)2,氮源种类(NH 4+/NO3 )对 P6的溶磷能力有一定的影响。检测 P6发酵液 pH发现随培养时间延长,pH总体呈降低趋势,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)从发酵液中检测出草酸、苹果酸、乳酸和柠檬酸,而有机酸的含量和 Ca 3(PO4)2的溶解量之间并不存在相关性。此外,栽培试验表明,P6对小白菜( Brassica chinensis)具有促生作用,最优处理T2(钙镁磷肥 + P6孢子悬液)的鲜重、干重以及根际土壤有效磷含量比对照 CK1(水)、CK2(钙镁磷肥)和处理 T1(P6孢子悬液)均有显著增加。虽然 T1处理的上述指标均不及 CK2处理,但在鲜重和根际土壤有效磷含量上要优于 CK1处理,说明了 P6有提高土壤有效磷含量,促进小白菜生长以及提高钙镁磷肥肥效的作用。

    Abstract:

    A Penicillium brocae strain P6 which could form transparent halos on Ca3(PO 4)2 -containing Pikovskaya solidmedia was isolated from soil,while no transparent halos could be observed by naked eyes on FePO 4 or AlPO4 -containing solid media with P6.The insoluble phosphate solubilizing capacities of P6 were also characterized in liquid media. P6 solubilized Ca3(PO 4)2 efficiently and it also showed solubilizing capacity to FePO4 and AlPO4 but not comparable to Ca3(PO4)2.Nitrogen resource forms could affect the phosphate solubilization capacity ofP6.Data analysis unveiled thatpH of the P6 cultivated media deceased as the elongation of cultivationtime.Oxalicacid,malicacid,lactic acid and citric acid were detected by High-Pressure LiquidChromatography(HPLC)in P6 fermented media but no correlation were found between organic acids concentration and Ca3(PO4)2solubilizing capacities.Additionally,pot experiment showed that P6 had growth-promoting effects on Brassica chinensis.The B.chinensisfreshweight,dry weight and rhizosphere soil availablephosphorus ofT2(Calcium -magnesia phosphate fertilizer+ P6 spores suspension)were higher than that of CK1(water),CK2(Calcium-magnesia phosphatefertilizer)andT1(P6 sporessuspension),respectively.Although the indexes aboveof T1 were not as good asCK2,the B.chinensis fresh weight and rhizosphere soil available phosphorus of T1 were higherthan that ofCK1.It indicated that P6 can increase soil available phosphorus and promote the growth of B.chinensis.
