    摘要:

    采用大区试验,比较了3种土壤酸化改良剂(生石灰、含硅钾土壤改良剂和含腐殖酸土壤改良剂)对葡萄园土壤养分、质量状况以及对葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明,3种土壤酸化改良剂都可以显著改善土壤酸化,在施用生石灰、含硅钾土壤改良剂和含腐殖酸土壤改良剂后,土壤pH由5.78分别上升为5.92、6.37和6.55。与生石灰处理相比,含硅钾和含腐殖酸的土壤改良剂处理土壤中的交换态铝的含量分别降低了31%和25%,并显著提高土壤有机质含量。与其他两种土壤改良剂相比,施用含腐殖酸土壤改良剂后土壤的交换态钙离子和交换态镁离子含量显著上升。在3种酸性改良剂处理后,土壤和果实总砷、总镉、总铬、总铅含量没有显著性差异。含硅钾改良剂处理后葡萄果实的含水率显著高于生石灰处理,含硅钾和含腐殖酸的土壤改良剂处理后葡萄果实可溶性总糖显著高于生石灰处理;含腐殖酸的土壤改良剂处理后葡萄果实的游离氨基酸总量显著高于生石灰和含硅钾土壤改良剂处理。因此,与生石灰处理相比,施用含硅钾土壤改良剂和含腐殖酸土壤改良剂改良土壤酸化的效果更好;并有利于降低土壤中可交换铝,提高土壤中有机质和可交换性钙、镁的养分含量,改良土壤;同时提高了果实品质。

    Abstract:

    In this study,the effects of three types of soil acidification improvers,i.e. lime,soil conditioner containing silicon and potassium and soil conditioner containing humic acid,on the soil nutrients,quality and fruit quality of grapes were compared. The results showed that three kinds of soil acidification conditioners significantly improved the soil acidification,and the soil pH was increased from 5.78 to 5.92,6.37 and 6.55 by lime,soil conditioner containing silicon and potassium and soil conditioner containing humic acid,respectively. Compared with lime treatment,the application of soil conditioner containing silicon,potassium and humic acid reduced the concentration of exchangeable aluminum by 31% and 25%,respectively,while increased the concentration of organic matter in soil. The concentration of exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium in the soil treated with humic acid soil conditioner increased significantly,compared with soil treated with the other two soil acidification improvers. There was no significant difference in the total arsenic,cadmium,chromium and lead content in soil and fruit,after three kinds of acid conditioners used. Moreover,the water content of grape fruit was significantly higher in silicon-potassium conditioner treatment than lime treatment;the total soluble sugar of grape fruit was significantly higher in silicon-potassium and humic acid soil conditioner treatments than that of lime treatment;and the total amount of free amino acids in grape fruit was significantly higher in the humic acid soil conditioner treatment than lime and silicon-potassium soil conditioner treatments. In conclusion,compared with lime,soil conditioner containing silicon and potassium and humic acid had better effect on alleviating soil acidification;moreover it could improve the soil quality,by reducing soil exchangeable aluminum concentration while improving the concentration of organic matter,exchangeable calcium and magnesium,and improve fruit quality.
