施氮对不同氮效率类型玉米自交系产量、干物质及氮素积累的影响

    摘要:

    以前期筛选出的低氮高效型玉米自交系(PH6WC)和低氮低效型玉米自交系(ZY118)为试验材料,设置N0(0 kg/hm2)、N90(90 kg/hm2)、N180(180 kg/hm2)和N360(360 kg/hm2)4个氮处理,研究不同氮效率类型玉米自交系产量、干物质积累、氮素积累及氮素代谢相关酶活性对氮浓度的响应规律。结果表明,玉米自交系的群体产量、干物质积累、氮素积累随施氮水平的增加,呈先升高后降低的趋势,且高效型玉米自交系群体产量、干物质积累、氮素积累和氮素代谢相关酶(硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶及谷氨酸合成酶)活性及氮肥利用效率均显著高于低效型自交系,以产量为例,高效型自交系比低效型自交系从N0到N360分别高51.99%、46.27%、32.43%和19.86%;而干物质转运量及其对籽粒的贡献率和氮素转运量显著低于低效型自交系。相关分析结果表明,干物质、谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合成酶活性与产量、氮素积累量及氮肥利用效率呈极显著正相关,可作为玉米氮高效自交系的筛选指标。因此,高效型玉米自交系(PH6WC)在不同氮处理下具有较高的产量、干物质积累、氮素积累及氮素代谢相关酶活性,可以在低氮水平下达到稳产高产。

    Abstract:

    This experiment was carried out with the low-nitrogen and high-efficiency inbred lines(PH6WC),and low-nitrogen and low-efficiency inbred lines(ZY118) to research the effects of N fertilizer on yield,dry matter,N accumulation and enzyme activities related to N metabolism under four N levels i.e.0 kg/hm2(N0),90 kg/hm2(N90),180 kg/hm2(N180) and 360 kg/hm2(N360).The results showed that the yield,dry matter accumulation and N accumulation of maize inbred lines increased first and then decreased with the increase of N application level,the yield,plant dry matter,N accumulation,enzyme activities related to N metabolism(NR:nitrate reductase;GS:glutamine synthetase,GOGAT:glutamate synthetase) and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE) of high-efficiency type was significantly higher than low-efficiency type,taking yield as an example,the high-efficiency type was 51.99%,46.27%,32.43% and 19.86% higher than those of the low-efficiency type from N0 to N360,respectively,while dry matter transport,dry matter transport contribution rate to grain and N transport were lower than low-efficiency type.The results of correlation analysis showed that the yield,N accumulation and NUE were positively correlated with dry matter and enzyme activities of GS and GOGAT.The dry matter accumulation and enzyme activities of GS and GOGAT can be used as the screening indexes of maize with high NUE.In conclusion,high-efficiency maize inbred lines(PH6WC) had higher yield,dry material accumulation,N accumulation and activities of enzymes involved in N metabolism under different N treatments,which can reach stable and high yield at low N level.
