    摘要:

    为探究水稻移栽密度和施用生物炭二因素对水稻产量的影响,以辽粳401为供试品种,设置2个移栽密度(12.85×104、18.36×104穴/hm2)和4个生物炭施用量(0、10、20、30 t/hm2)的二因素裂区试验,通过连续调查两个生长季稻田土pH、Eh、CEC、BD、DOC及N2O排放量,探究不同移栽密度和施炭量下肥料利用效率,测量SPAD值、水稻干物质积累、产量构成因子和实际产量,并分析不同移栽密度和施炭量组合对稻田土性质及水稻生长和产量的影响。结果表明:相同施炭量下,增加移栽密度对土壤pH、Eh、CEC、BD、DOC的影响不显著,N2O的排放量减少,但处理间差异不显著;增加移栽密度可以提高水稻群体干物质积累和产量。相同移栽密度下增加施炭量,可显著提高土壤DOC含量和pH,但对于Eh、CEC、BD无显著性影响;可显著降低N2O排放量和单株干物质积累,但增加了群体干物质积累;也可增加有效穗数和产量。其中,M1B30和M2B30处理的产量较高,分别较M1B0和M2B0处理提高产量5.7%和5.2%。研究表明,移栽密度是影响水稻产量的主要因素,生物炭能改善土壤理化性质,提高氮肥利用效率;高移栽密度下提高施炭量能显著提高水稻产量;综合移栽密度和施炭量二因素,当移栽密度为18.36×104 穴/hm2、施炭量为30 t/hm2时水稻产量最高。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of transplanting density and biochar application on soil physical and chemical properties and rice yield,a two-year experiment was carried out containing an interactive test of two levels of planting density(12.85×104,18.36×104 holes/hm2)and four levels of biochar application rate(0,10,20,30 t/hm2),with Liaogeng 401(Oryza Sativa,japonica rice)as the tested rice variety.The pH,Eh,CEC,BD,DOC and N2O emissions of paddy fields were studied to investigate the effects of transplanting density and biochar application on efficiency of fertilizer.The SPAD value,dry weight and yield composition factors and actual yields of rice were studied to investigate the effects of transplanting density and biochar application on the growth and yield of rice.The results showed that:On the condition of the same amount of biochar application,the transplanting density increase had no significant influence on the pH,Eh,CEC,BD and DOC of paddy soil,reduced the N2O emissions without significant difference among the treatments,and increased the dry weight and yield of rice.On the condition of the same transplanting density,the biochar application increase had no significant influence on the Eh,CEC and BD,increased the pH and DOC significantly,reduced the N2O emissions and the dry weight of single plant,and increased dry weight,productive panicle numbers and grain yields of rice. The yield of rice of M1B30 and M2B30 treatments significantly enhanced by 5.7% and 5.2%,respectively,compared to those of M1B0 and M2B0.The results indicated that the transplanting density of rice was the main factor affecting rice grain yield,and the application of biochar enhanced the fertilizer use efficiency by improving soil physical and chemical properties;Increasing the amount of carbon application under high transplanting density can significant increase rice yield ;by comprehensive consideration,maximum rice grain yield can be obtained with the planting density of 18.36×104 holes/hm2 and the biochar application of 30 t/hm2 in this research.
