    摘要:

    以腐殖质组成为评价依据,揭示等碳量不同种类有机物料对白浆土培肥效果的差异。采用室内培养试验,以白浆土为研究对象,基于等碳量原则,分别在白浆土中添加黄腐酸(BFA)、腐熟羊粪(M)、玉米秸秆粉末(Pr)和固化秸秆颗粒(Ps),探索白浆土经4种有机物料培肥后水溶性物质(WSS)、可提取腐殖酸(HE)、富里酸(FA)、胡敏酸(HA)、胡敏素(Hu)碳含量(CWSS、CHE、CFA、CHA和CHu)、腐殖化系数(CHA/CFA)及HA碱溶液光密度(E4/E6)的动态变化。结果表明:(1)随着培养进行,添加有机物料白浆土的CWSS和CHu均有消耗,且推动CFA向CHA转化,使CHA得以积累,HA分子缩合度被提高;(2)BFA的添加有助于缓解白浆土CWSS的消耗,在提高HA分子缩合度上优势最大,然而,BFA对白浆土CHE无显著影响,在促进CHu矿化分解方面作用最小;(3)M输入有助于微生物对白浆土CWSS的利用,对CHA及CHE的形成促进效果最佳;(4)添加Pr对白浆土CFA向CHA转化的促进作用最小,同时对提高CHA及HA分子缩合度的促进作用也最小;(5)Ps在促进白浆土CFA向CHA转化的效果最佳,但最终使白浆土CHE降低9.1%。综上,4种有机物料均有培肥白浆土的作用,其中BFA更倾向于改善腐殖质品质,而M更有助于腐殖质数量提升。

    Abstract:

    Humus composition was used as the evaluation index to reveal the differences of fertilizing effect from different types of organic materials with equivalent C content on the albic soil.Taking albic soil as the research object,the indoor cultivation was adopted to reveal the dynamic changes in the C contents(CWSS,CHE,CFA,CHA,CHu)of water-soluble substance(WSS),humic-extracted acid(HE),fulvic acid(FA),humic acid(HA),humin(Hu),humification coefficient(CHA/CFA ratio)and E4/E6 of HA alkaline extract from albic soil amended with four types of organic materials with equivalent C content that were biotechnology fulvic acid extract(BFA), decomposed sheep manure(M),corn stover powder(Pr)and solidified straw pellets(Ps),respectively.The results show that:(1)With the culture,the albic soil amended with the tested organic materials,whose CWSS and CHu were consumed.The conversion of CFA to CHA was promoted,so that CHA could be accumulated and the degree of HA molecular condensation was improved .(2)Addition of BFA helped to alleviate the consumption of CWSS in albic soil,and had the greatest advantage in improving the molecular condensation degree of HA.However,BFA had no significant effect on the CHE in albic soil,and had the smallest effect in promoting the decomposition and mineralization of CHu .(3)The input of M contributed to the microbial utilization of CWSS in albic soil,and had the greatest effect to promote the formation of CHA and CHE .(4)The addition of Pr had the least promoting effect on the conversion of CFA to CHA in albic soil and the promotion of HA molecular condensation degree.(5)Ps had the greatest effect in promoting the conversion of CFA to CHA in albic soil,but ultimately reduced the CHE by 9.1%.In summary,the four organic materials all had the effect of fertilizing albic soil.Among them,the BFA tended to improve the quality of humus,and the M contributed to the increase of the quantity of humus.
