    摘要:

    随着番茄产业稳定高效的发展,设施番茄土壤质量问题日益突出。在试验小区内施用土壤修复菌剂进行试验,对不同处理下设施番茄的土壤养分、微生物数量以及番茄的产量进行分析。结果表明,施用土壤修复菌剂可以显著提高番茄的产量及经济效益,显著降低土壤容重,提高土壤孔隙度;还可以提高土壤的养分含量。与对照处理相比,施用土壤修复菌剂的土壤pH、有机质、硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别增加了0.2%~4.6%、1.2%~5.1%、4.2%~11.8%、6.9%~23.8%、5.4%~7.9%和3.1%~7.7%;土壤细菌和放线菌数量也有明显的增加,真菌数量显著降低。由此可见,施用土壤修复菌剂,不仅可以提高作物的产量,还可以改善土壤质量。

    Abstract:

    As the stable and efficient development of tomato industry,the soil quality of the facility tomato problems are becoming more and more serious.In this experiment,the effects of microbial soil conditioner were used in the plot experiment.The soil nutrients,number of microorganisms,yield of tomato under different experimental treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the application of microbial soil conditioner significantly increased the yield and economic benefits of tomato,significantly reduced the soil bulk density and increased soil porosity; it also increased the nutrient content of the soil.Compared with the control treatment,soil pH,the contents of soil organic matter,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 0.2%~4.6%,1.2%~5.1%,4.2%~11.8%,6.9%~23.8%,5.4%~7.9% and 3.1%~7.7%,respectively,with application of microbial soil conditioner.The number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes increased significantly,and the number of fungi decreased significantly.As a consequence,the application of soil remediation bacteria can not only increase crop yield,but also improve soil quality.
