Effects of different forms of nitrogenous fertilizer on cadmium accumulation in seedling stage of maize (Zea mays L.)

    摘要:

    为了探究不同形态氮肥对苗期玉米生长及富集镉(Cd)的影响,采用室内水培试验,在重金属Cd处理下,分别施加4和8 mmol/L N含量的硝态(NO3-)、铵态(NH4+)、酰胺态(尿素)氮肥培养12 d后,比较不同施氮处理下玉米的生长状况和吸收富集Cd的差异。研究结果表明:与不添加重金属Cd的全营养液培养处理相比,添加重金属Cd会显著抑制玉米的生长发育。在Cd胁迫下,施加氮肥会显著促进苗期玉米生长和对Cd的吸收富集,其中,与其他处理相比,施加NO3-氮肥处理下玉米对Cd富集系数最大可达204.0,是CK处理的164.5倍;施加NH4+氮肥处理下玉米对Cd的富集系数在3.36~9.51之间,促进吸收不明显,但此时的转运系数为0.19~0.21,是CK的3.8~4.2倍;施加尿素处理对玉米富集Cd的促进效果均介于NO3-和NH4+处理之间。施氮水平的改变对玉米富集Cd的促进效果影响不显著。因此,在生产实践中应权衡玉米经济产量与重金属富集两大指标,通过选择施加不同形态氮肥来调控玉米对重金属的吸收,找到合理的施肥管理措施为生产实践提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore different effects of forms of nitrogenous fertilizer on growth and Cd accumulation of maize(Zea mays L.)in seedling stage,the hydroponic exposure experiment with Cd(5 mg/L)and different levels(4 and 8 mmol/L N)of nitrogenous fertilizer(Nitrate,NO3-;Ammonium,NH4+;and Urea)was conducted.After 12 days of culture,the differences in growing status and Cd accumulation of maize under different forms of nitrogenous fertilizer treatments were investigated.The results showed that the Cd significantly inhibited the growth and development of maize seedling compared with the total nutrient solution culture without adding Cd.Under heavy metal stress,the application of nitrogenous fertilizer significantly promoted the seedling growth and accumulation of Cd in maize.Compared with the other treatments,the Cd enrichment coefficient of maize with NO3--N application was up to 204.0,164.5 times higher than that in CK treatment.The Cd enrichment coefficient of maize treated with NH4+-N fertilizer was between 3.36 and 9.51,indicating that the promoted absorption was not obvious.However,the Cd transport coefficient of maize with NH4+-N application was 0.19~0.21,which was 3.8~4.2 times of that for CK.The promotion effect of urea treatment on the growth and Cd accumulation of maize was between that of NO3--N and NH4+-N treatments.However,there was no significant effect of nitrogenous fertilizer with the different application levels on the growth and Cd accumulation of maize.Therefore,both the economic yield of corn and heavy metal accumulation should be weighed in the production practice.The absorption of heavy metals in maize could be regulated by appropriate fertilization application,which provide reasonable fertilization management measures for production practice.
