    为了明确功能微生物菌剂对重度盐碱土壤向日葵农艺性状及微生物群落的影响,采用盆栽试验,研究

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the effect of functional microbial agents on sunflower agronomic traits and microbial communities in severely saline soils, a pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of ACCC19743 and ACCC19833 different microbial agents on agronomic traits of sunflowers, chlorophyll content of sunflowers, soil microbial bacterial community diversity.The results showed that:Compared with the CK treatment,the soil pH of ACCC19743 microbial agents decreased significantly by 0.17 units(P<0.05 the same below), and the application of two kinds of microbial agents had no significant effect on soil salt content.The leaf area, plant height, ground dry matter quality and SPAD value of sunflower were all improved after the application of microbial agents, and the ACCC19743 treatment increased by 7.52%, 57.67%, 46.51%, 8.72%, respectively, compared with the control, which reached significant levels.On the classification of phylum, a total of 12 phyla were detected and classified, among which Proteobacteria had a significant advantage with a relative abundance of 54.61% ~ 57.68%, followed by Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria, and ACCC19743 treatment was conducive to increasing the abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes.In summary, ACCC19743 treatment can effectively reduce soil pH, increase the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes, increase the content of chlorophyll in sunflower leaves, and promote sunflower growth and development.It can be recommended for severe saline alkali land application in Hetao irrigation area.
