    摘要:

    采用田间定位试验,以连作5 年的花生土壤为研究对象,研究玉米秸秆还田对连作花生土壤微生物生物量、土壤酶活性及作物产量的影响。结果表明:试验条件下不同秸秆添加量处理均可显著增加花生连作土壤微生物生物量和酶活性,土壤微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量较无秸秆还田对照分别提高了12.69% ~ 21.01%、9.66% ~ 25.05%、12.98% ~ 29.08%,脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性较对照分别提高了15.85% ~ 32.46%、17.89% ~ 36.59%、20.23% ~ 33.16%、26.56% ~ 33.80%、20.54% ~ 32.57% 和21.74% ~ 35.36%;秸秆还田条件下花生产量较对照提高了4.49% ~ 10.83%。相关性分析表明,土壤微生物生物量碳、氮、磷与6 种酶活性及花生产量均呈极显著相关关系。上述结果表明,花生连作土壤中添加玉米秸秆可有效改善土壤生物活性,缓解连作障碍,实现花生增产增收。

    Abstract:

    The effects of corn straw returning to the field on microbial biomass,enzyme activity of peanut soil under continuous cropping for 5 years and peanut yield were studied by field experiment. The results showed that the microbial biomass and enzyme activity of peanut continuous cropping soil were significantly increased under different amount of straw addition. The contents of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in soil microbial biomass were increased by 12.69% ~ 21.01%,9.66% ~ 25.05%,12.98% ~ 29.08% compared with the control. The soil enzyme activity of urease, sucrase,phosphatase,catalase,lipase and protease were increased by 15.85% ~ 32.46%,17.89% ~ 36.59%, 20.23% ~ 33.16%,26.56% ~ 33.80%,20.54% ~ 32.57%,21.74% ~ 35.36%,respectively. The yield of peanut under the condition of straw returning to the field was 4.49% ~ 10.83% higher than that of the control. The results of correlation analysis showed that soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus were extremely significantly correlated with the activities of six enzymes and peanut yield. The above results showed that the addition of corn straw to the continuous cropping peanut soil could effectively improve the soil ecological environment,alleviate the obstacles of continuous cropping,and realize the increase of peanut yield and income.
