Effects of film mulching and biochar application on spring oilseed rape growth, yield and soil aggregate structure in the Qinghai Plateau

    摘要:

    春油菜喜冷凉耐湿润,是青海地区的优势作物,探索其高产栽培技术和理论对于该区食用油和蛋白质供给具有重要意义。2019年通过开展覆膜和施生物炭的试验,监测春油菜干物质积累、养分吸收、产量和土壤团聚体等指标,阐明覆膜和施生物炭在该区的应用效果及作用机制。研究结果表明,春油菜开花期和角果形成期干物质积累迅速,覆膜和施生物炭对总干物质量的增加作用在春油菜初花期最显著,其中覆膜和施生物炭分别比对照高192%和102%。施生物炭和覆膜均显著提高了油菜地上部总吸氮量和总吸钾量,其中施生物炭处理比对照分别高44%和34%,覆膜处理比对照分别高135%和133%。覆膜显著提高了氮素在茎中的分配比例,由对照的0.12提高到0.15。施生物炭和覆膜春油菜产量分别比对照提高9%和34%,主要通过提高单株角果数,尤其是每个分枝的角果数实现增产的。团聚体分析表明,覆膜显著提高了0.25~2 mm的土壤团聚体含量,施生物炭显著提高了大于0.25 mm的水稳性大团聚体含量14.8%,同时团聚体平均重量直径提高23.1%,有利于土壤团聚作用

    Abstract:

    Spring oilseed rape is a dominant crop in Qinghai,which is colds and resistant to humidity.Exploring its high-yeild cultivation techniques and theories is of great significance to the supply of edible oil and protein in the area.A field experiment was conducted to explore the effect of film mulching and biochar application on dry matter accumulation, nutrients uptake, seed yield of spring oilseed rape and soil aggregate structure during 2019.It was aimed at illuminating the effect and mechanism of film mulching and biochar application on oilseed rape in Qinghai Plateau.Dry matter accumulation of spring oilseed rape had a fast growth rate at flowering and pod-filling stage.The total biomass at initial flowering stage was significantly increased by film mulching and biochar, which were 192% and 102% higher than CK, respectively.Biochar and film mulching significantly improved N and K uptake of aboveground biomass, among which biochar increased by 44% and 34% while film mulching increased by 135% and 133%, respectively, compared with CK.Film mulching significantly improved the partition of N into stem, which was enhanced from 0.12 to 0.15.Biochar and film mulching increased yield by 9% and 34%, respectively.Film mulching and biochar improved oilseed rape yield mainly by increasing the number of pods per plant, especially number of pods per effective branch.The study indicated that film mulching increased the proportion of 0.25~2 mm aggregates, and the proportions of >0.25 mm water-stable macro-aggregates increased with biochar by 14.8%, while the value of mean weight diameter increased by 23.1%,wich is conducive to the formation of soil agglomeration.
