    摘要:

    合理施用肥料是提升果实品质的重要途径。以6年生‘冀早红’杏为试验材料,通过田间试验设置4个氮磷钾配比(T1,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶2;T2,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶3;T3,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶4;T4,N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶1∶3)处理,研究其对果实膨大期叶片光合性能、果实品质及土壤养分含量的影响。结果表明:随着钾肥用量的增加,叶片光合能力先增后减,果实的可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量逐渐增加,果实质地先升后降;减少氮肥投入,叶片光合能力下降,果实品质变差。与其他处理相比,T2处理的胞间二氧化碳浓度最低,气孔导度及净光合速率最大,光合能力最强;其可溶性固形物含量较高,可滴定酸含量较低,内聚性、弹性及咀嚼性均最高,黏附性最低,口感酸甜、果肉紧实、汁液多,果实品质最佳;收获后0~60 cm土层中硝态氮和速效钾含量分别为9.36和128.72 mg/kg。综合考虑认为,杏适宜的氮磷钾配比为2∶1∶3,在此条件下杏果实膨大期叶片光合能力强,果实品质好,收获后土壤地力维持在中等水平。

    Abstract:

    Rational application of fertilizer is an important way to improve fruit quality.A field experiment was carried out with a six-year old ‘Jizaohong’ apricot as the test material,4 ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium (T1,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶2;T2,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶3;T3,N∶P2O5∶K2O=2∶1∶4;T4,N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶1∶3) were set up to examine the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of leaves during fruit expanding period and the fruit quality and soil nutrient content.The results showed that with the increase of potassium fertilizer dosage,the photosynthetic capacity of leaves first increased and then decreased,the soluble solid content and titratable acid content of fruit gradually increased,and the fruit texture first increased and then decreased.With the decrease of nitrogen fertilizer input,photosynthetic capacity of leaves decreased and fruit quality decreased.Compared with other treatments,T2 treatment had the lowest intercellular CO2 concentration,the highest stomatal conductance,the highest net photosynthetic rate and the strongest photosynthetic capacity.Its soluble solid content was higher,titratable acid content was lower,cohesiveness and elasticity and chewiness were the highest,adhesive force was the lowest.Its flesh tasted sweet and sour,crunchy and juicy,fruit quality was the best.The nitrate nitrogen and available potassium contents of T2 treatment in the 0~60 cm soil layer after harvest were 9.36 and 128.72 mg/kg,respectively.It was comprehensively considered that under this test condition,when NPK ratio was 2∶1∶3,the fruit quality was good and the soil fertility remained at a moderate level after harvest.
