    摘要:

    通过探究不同小麦品种磷利用效率差异,筛选出磷高效小麦品种,为培育磷高效小麦提供理论依据。本研究在“国家潮土肥力与肥料效益监测站”进行,通过对27个小麦品种的12个磷效率相关指标进行主成分分析和聚类分析,从而将不同磷效率类型小麦品种进行分类。结果表明,12个磷效率指标存在不同程度的变异,变异系数范围为2.72%~37.69%;通过主成分分析法提取的3个主成分累积贡献率为90.04%,在主成分分析的基础上进行聚类分析,初步将供试小麦品种分为3种磷效率类型。初步筛选出2个磷高效品种(许科168、洛麦34),磷中效品种4个,磷低效品种21个。

    Abstract:

    By exploring the difference in phosphorus(P)utilization efficiency of different wheat cultivars,the P-high-efficient wheat cultivars were screened,so as to provide a theoretical basis for cultivaing P-high-efficient wheat. This study was carried out at the “National Monitoring Station for Soil Fertility and Fertilizer Benefits”. By performing principal component analysis and cluster analysis on 12 P efficiency-related indicators of 27 wheat cultivars,different types of wheat with different P efficiency were analyzed with classification. The results showed that there were different degrees of variation in the 12 P efficiency indicators,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 2.72% to 37.69%. The cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components extracted by principal component analysis was 90.04%,which basically contained the total information of P efficiency. Cluster analysis was conducted on the basis of principal component analysis,and the wheat cultivars tested were divided into three types of P-efficiency. Two P-high-efficiency cultivars Xuke168 and Luomai34 were preliminarily screened out. There were four cultivars with P-middle-efficiency,and twenty one cultivars with P-inefficiency.
