    摘要:

    为了探讨氮(N)、钾(K)互作对长江流域棉花产量和氮肥利用效率的影响以及适宜的施肥水平,于2017 年在武汉市黄陂区武汉市农业科学院蔬菜研究所实验基地和 2018 年在湖北荆州大同湖农场进行大田试验,分别于 7 月上旬、8 月上旬、10 月上旬在每处理小区挑选 3 株代表性植株,分类采集茎、叶、蕾铃等各个器官并测定其氮素含量和产量,研究 N、K 肥料配施对棉花产量及 N 肥利用效率(NUE)的影响。结果表明:在不施用 K 肥时,棉花施用 N 肥的平均增产率为 58% ~ 89%,而在施用 K 肥时,棉花施用 N 肥的平均增产率高达65% ~ 141%。同时,N、K 配施显著提高了 NUE,与不施用 K 肥比,施用 K 肥处理提高 NUE 14.6%。总体上,N、K 互作能够促进棉花生长及产量,提高 NUE,从而在一定程度上减少肥料过剩而造成的污染。长江流域棉花产量及环境效益最佳的 N 肥用量为 190 ~ 375 kg·hm-2,平均为 283 kg·hm-2;最佳 K 肥用量为 56.5 ~ 185.0kg·hm-2,平均为 120 kg·hm-2。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of interaction of nitrogen (N) and potassium (K) fertilizer on cotton yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)and assessment of suitable fertilization level in the Yangtze River Basin,field trials were conducted in 2017 at the Vegetable Research Institute of Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Huangpi District,Wuhan,and in 2018 at Datong Lake Farm,Wuhan,Hubei.Samples of aboveground cotton plants were taken in early July,early August and early October,respectively.The stems,leaves,buds and bolls were collected from 3 representative plants selected from each plot.N content in different organs and yield were determined to study the effects of combined application of N and K fertilizers on NUE and yield.The results showed that the average increase rate of cotton yield with N fertilizer was 58%~89% without K supply,and 65%~141% with K supply.Correspondingly,the combined application of N and K significantly increased the NUE.Compared with no K supply,the NUE of N fertilizer with K supply increased by 14.6%.In general,the combination of N and K fertilizer can significantly promote the growth and yield of cotton,improve NUE,and reduce the pollution caused by overuse of N fertilizer.The optimum N and K fertilizer rates for high cotton yield and low N loss in the Yangtze River Basin were 190~375 kg·hm-2 with an average of 283 kg·hm-2,and 56.5~185.0 kg·hm-2 with an average of 120 kg·hm-2,respectively.
