Comparison of remediation effects of different soil conditioners on paddy fields with mild cadmium pollution

    摘要:

    为探究轻度镉(Cd)污染稻田的治理修复方法,选用天象土壤调理剂(TX)、秸秆炭材料(JGT)和3种森美思纳米材料(SAX1、PX4、WH4P),在安徽铜陵矿区附近Cd轻度污染水稻田开展了连续两年的田间小区试验,研究了5种土壤调理剂对Cd轻度污染稻田当年与次年土壤有效态Cd含量、土壤pH、水稻产量和Cd含量的影响。结果表明,当年施用不同土壤调理剂后,土壤pH值提高了0.13~0.69个单位,Cd轻度污染稻田有效态Cd含量显著下降,下降幅度为0.82%~6.39%,其中PX4处理下降幅度最大;与对照相比,水稻籽粒Cd含量降低,镇稻11下降17.77%~57.65%,镇稻18下降11.76%~53.59%,两个品种均是PX4和SAX1处理降低籽粒Cd含量效果明显;施用SAX1和JGT土壤调理剂,两个品种的水稻均增产,镇稻11增产率分别为8.73%和14.71%,镇稻18增产率分别为8.09%和4.53%。次年施用土壤调理剂后,土壤pH提高了0.11~0.36个单位,土壤有效态Cd含量下降幅度为5.50%~21.60%,WH4P和SAX1处理下降幅度最大;水稻籽粒Cd含量降低,与对照相比,镇稻11下降15.31%~41.19%,镇稻18下降17.53%~38.73%,两个品种均是WH4P处理降幅最大;WH4P处理下两个品种的水稻均减产,镇稻11减产1.94%,镇稻18减产0.24%。综合来看,PX4和SAX1土壤调理剂当年施用对当地轻度Cd污染稻田的修复效果最好,WH4P土壤调理剂次年施用效果最好。

    Abstract:

    To explore the remediation methods of lightly cadmium(Cd)polluted paddy fields,a plot experiment was carried out for two conseartive years with Tianxiang soil conditioner(TX),straw carbon materials(JGT)and three kinds of Sammns nanometer materials(SAX1,PX4,WH4P),near a mining area in Tongling,Anhui. The effects of the five soil conditioners on the available Cd content,soil pH,and grains Cd content of the current year in lightly Cd-polluted paddy fields were compared with the next year.Results showed that,in the first year,with the application of different soil conditioners,soil pH increased by 0.13~0.69 units,while the available cadmium content was significantly reduced by 0.82%~6.93%,among which,PX4 had the largest decline.The content of Cd in rice grains was reduced,and compared to the control group,Cd in rice grains of Zhendao11 and Zhendao18 decreased by 17.77%~57.65% and 11.76%~53.59%,respectively,both PX4 and SAX1 treatments had obvious effect on reducing grain Cd content.The yield of rice increased by 8.73%、14.71% for Zhendao11 while 8.09%、4.53% for Zhendao18 with soil conditioner SAX1 and JGT applied.In the second year,the soil pH increased by 0.11~0.36 units,the soil available Cd content decreased by 5.50%~21.60%,and the WH4P and SAX1 treatments decreased the most. Compared to the control,the Cd content in rice grains decreased,Zhendao11 decreased by 15.31%~41.19%,while Zhendao18 decreased by 17.53%~38.73%,respectively,both varieties had the largest decline in WH4P treatment. Nevertheless,with WH4P treatment,both varieties of rice decreased in yield,Zhendao11 decreased by 1.94%,while Zhendao18 decreased by 0.24%.In general,both PX4 and SAX1 soil conditioners applied in the first season had better remediation effect on local lightly Cd-polluted rice fields,and WH4P soil conditioners had the best effect in the following year.
