    摘要:

    开展炭基复混肥与常规复混肥对烤烟产量及品质的影响研究,为本地烤烟生产确定适宜的肥料配方。使用毕节本地烤烟生产的配方肥料,在相同施肥水平下设置常规复混肥、炭基复混肥和炭基复混肥不追肥3个处理,研究其对烤烟生长发育、病害发生、烟叶产质量、烟叶化学成分及感官质量的影响。施用炭基复混肥能够明显提升烤烟各项农艺性状指标,提高烟株的抗病性,气候性斑点病及赤星病的发病率分别降低了6.7和1.5个百分点。施用炭基复混肥的烤烟产值较常规肥处理显著提高5.0%~18.1%,烟叶上、中等烟率提升4.7%~21.4%,叶内化学成分及香吃味均较为协调。与施用常规复混肥相比,施用添加了烟草秸秆生物炭的炭基复混肥能够明显促进烟株早生快发,有利于烟叶内在化学物质的积累,降低病害的发生、提升烟株抗病性从而获得较好的经济价值,且在25~30 d内追肥一次效果更佳。因此建议在贵州省毕节市威宁县烤烟产区推广施用炭基复混肥。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the appropriate fertilizer formula for local flue-cured tobacco production,the effect of carbon-based compound fertilizer and conventional compound fertilizer on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied. Fertilizer formula for local flue-cured tobacco production in Bijie was chosen. Under the same fertilization level,there were 3 treatments:conventional compound fertilizer,carbon-based compound fertilizer and carbon-based compound fertilizer without top dressing. Their effects on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,disease occurrence,tobacco leaf yield and quality,tobacco leaf chemical composition and sensory quality were observed. Application of carbonbased compound fertilizer could significantly improve various agronomic indicators of flue-cured tobacco,improve the disease resistance of tobacco plants. The incidence of climatic spot disease and brown spot disease were reduced by 6.7 and 1.5 percentage points,respectively. The output value of flue-cured tobacco using carbon-based compound fertilizer was significantly increased by 5.0% ~ 18.1% compared with conventional fertilizer treatment. The smoke rate of upper and middle tobacco leaves increased by 4.7% ~ 21.4%,and the chemical composition and fragrant taste in the leaves were more coordinated. Compared with the application of conventional compound fertilizer,the application of carbon-based compound fertilizer added with tobacco straw bio-charcoal could significantly promote the early growth of tobacco plants,facilitate the accumulation of chemical substances in the tobacco leaves,reduce the occurrence of diseases,and improve the disease resistance of tobacco plants to obtain better economic value. And the effect of top dressing once within 25 ~ 30 days after transplantation is better. Therefore,it is recommended to promote the application of carbon-based compound fertilizer in the flue-cured tobacco production areas in Weining county,Bijie city,Guizhou province.
