    摘要:

    为探究不同供磷水平对间作体系玉米根系形态特征的影响,并分析这些根形态参数变化与玉米植株磷素吸收的相应关系,研究通过盆栽试验,设置玉米单作、玉米与大豆间作2种种植模式及不施磷(0 mg/kg)、低磷(50 mg/kg)、中磷(100 mg/kg)、高磷(150 mg/kg)4个施磷水平。结果表明,与玉米单作相比,玉米与大豆间作种植分别显著增加了玉米根长、根表面积、根体积、根尖数和根干重24.17%、32.23%、35.01%、26.11%和36.97%,显著降低了根平均直径17.74%,并显著提高了玉米磷吸收量58.94%。与100 mg/kg常规施磷水平的玉米单作相比,50 mg/kg低磷条件下间作玉米磷吸收量并未降低。相关分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析结果显示,根系形态各参数与玉米磷吸收均有显著的相关性,其中根干重与玉米植株磷吸收的相关性最大,其次是根表面积与根系平均直径。综上表明,根系生长、根系表面积的增大以及平均根直径的减小是玉米与大豆间作提高玉米对磷素吸收能力的重要原因。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of different phosphorus rates on the root morphological parameters of maize and analyze their relationships to its phosphorus uptake in maize and soybean intercropping system,a pot experiment was conducted with two planting patterns(monocropped maize,maize and soybean intercropping)and four phosphorus rates [no phosphorus(0 mg/kg),low phosphorus(50 mg/kg),medium phosphorus(100 mg/kg)and high phosphorus(150 mg/kg)]. The results showed that compared with monocropped maize,maize and soybean intercropping significantly increased the root length,root surface area,root volume,root tip numbers and root dry weight by 24.17%,32.23%,35.01%,26.11% and 36.97%,respectively,and the average root diameter decreased by 17.74%,as well as the phosphorus uptake of maize plant increased by 58.94%. Meanwhile,the phosphorus uptake of intercropped maize under 50 mg/kg low phosphorus rate was not reduced compared to that of monocropped maize under 100 mg/kg medium phosphorus rate. The results of correlation analysis,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis suggested that there was a significant correlation between root morphological parameters and phosphorus uptake of maize,where root dry weight played a largest correlation relationship to phosphorus uptake of maize,followed by root surface area and average root diameter. These findings indicated that the increase of root growth,root surface area and the decrease of average root diameter were the important reasons for the improvement of phosphorus uptake capacity of maize in maize and soybean intercropping system.
