    摘要:

    为探究猪粪厌氧发酵沼气工程沼渣用作育苗基质原材料的可行性,以玉米、黄瓜、水稻为供试作物,将沼渣与草炭、蛭石按一定体积比混配为不同配方的育苗基质,布置穴盘育苗试验研究不同配方基质对作物幼苗生长的影响,通过综合评价得出不同作物育苗基质的沼渣适宜施用比例。试验以传统育苗基质(草炭∶蛭石=60∶40)为对照(CK),用沼渣代替不同比例草炭,设置BR15(草炭∶蛭石∶沼渣=45∶40∶15)、BR30(草炭∶蛭石∶沼渣=30∶40∶30)、BR45 (草炭∶蛭石∶沼渣=15∶40∶45)、BR60(草炭∶蛭石∶沼渣=0∶40∶60)4个处理。结果发现:相比传统育苗基质,添加沼渣可改善育苗基质的容重、pH、速效氮磷钾养分等理化性质。施用适宜比例(玉米、黄瓜为15%和30%、水稻为15%)的沼渣可显著促进作物幼苗生长及生物量积累,也有利于提高作物的相对发芽率、壮苗指数和活力指数,但沼渣施用比例过大则会产生负面影响。通过回归分析综合评价得出,玉米、黄瓜、水稻育苗基质的沼渣适宜施用比例分别为22.3%~32.4%、20.0%~24.0%、10.2%~19.2%。综上,猪粪沼渣可用作育苗基质原材料并有良好效果,但对于不同作物应针对性研究其适宜的施用比例。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the feasibility of using biogas residue from the pig manure anaerobic fermentation biogas project as seedling substrate,it′s effect on maize,cucumber and rice was investigated.Residue was mixed with peat and vermiculite in a certain volume ratio to prepare the seedling substrate formulation.The plug tray nursery experiment was conducted to study the effects of pig biogas residue on the growth of crop seedlings,and an optimized range of biogas residues for each crop seedling substrate was obtained through comprehensive evaluation.Using the traditional seedling substrate formula(Peat∶Vermiculite = 60∶40)as the control treatment.Four treatments were set up:BR15(Peat∶Vermiculite∶ Biogas residue = 45∶40∶15),BR30(Peat∶Vermiculite :Biogas residue = 30∶40∶30),BR45(Peat∶Vermiculite:Biogas residue = 15∶40∶45)and BR60(Peat∶Vermiculite :Biogas residue = 0∶40∶60).The results showed that,compared with traditional seedling substrates,the addition of biogas residue improved the physical and chemical properties of the seedling substrate,such as bulk density,pH,available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content.The application of biogas residue in an appropriate proportion(15% and 30% for maize and cucumber,15% for rice)significantly promoted the growth of crop seedlings and biomass accumulation,and it was also beneficial to increase the relative germination rate,seedling index and vitality index of crops,but excessive application of biogas residue had negative effects.According to the regression analysis,the suitable application proportion of biogas residue for maize,cucumber and rice were 22.3%~32.4%,20.0%~24.0% and 10.2%~19.2%,respectively.In conclusion,the biogas residue from the pig manure anaerobic fermentation biogas project can be used as raw material for seedling raising,but the appropriate application ratio should be studied for different crops.
