    摘要:

    为揭示新型微生物肥料竹纤维高分子菌肥对提高软籽石榴产量及品质的作用,以会理县富乐村突尼斯软籽石榴为试验材料,探究竹纤维高分子菌肥处理下石榴产量及品质的变化。结果表明,竹纤维高分子菌肥处理可显著增加石榴果树果园土壤养分与微生物的含量,促进软籽石榴生长,提高其产量与品质。与常规施肥相比,竹纤维高分子菌肥处理下石榴果实大小更均匀,株结果量与百粒重分别增加了29.44%和20.93%,单株产量则增加了28.74%;果实籽粒的还原性糖、可溶性固形物、Vc含量、糖酸比和固酸比分别提高了7.38%、10.77%、26.37%、68.85%和70.36%,均达到显著性差异水平(P<0.05)。竹纤维高分子菌肥对会理地区石榴果园土壤养分与微生物含量有促进作用,从而改善土壤生物活性,提升土壤肥力,显著提高果实产量及品质。竹纤维高分子菌肥在会理地区软籽石榴上的应用表明,其拥有能改善季节性干旱地区土壤供水供肥的能力,在实际生产中具有重要的指导与应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the effect of a new type of microbial fertilizer bamboo fiber polymer bacterial fertilizer on improving the yield and quality of soft seed pomegranate,using Tunisian soft seed pomegranate in Fule Village,Huili County as the test material,changes of yield and quality of pomegranate under bacterial fertilizer with the bamboo fiber polymer treatment were explored.The results showed that the bamboo fiber polymer bacterial fertilizer treatment significantly increased the content of soil nutrients and microorganisms in the pomegranate fruit orchard,promoted the growth of soft-seed pomegranate,and improved its yield and quality.Compared with regular fertilization,the pomegranate fruit size was more uniform under the treatment of bamboo fiber polymer bacterial fertilizer,the fruit weight and 100-seed weight increased by 29.44% and 20.93%,respectively,and the yield per plant increased by 28.74%; the reducing sugar,soluble solids,Vc content,sugar-to-acid ratio and solid-acid ratio of fruit kernels increased by 7.38%,10.77%,26.37%,68.85% and 70.36%,respectively,reaching a significant difference level(P<0.05).Bamboo fiber polymer bacterial fertilizer can promote the soil nutrient and microbial content of pomegranate orchard in Huili area,thereby improving soil biological activity,enhancing soil fertility,and significantly increasing fruit yield and quality.The application of bamboo fiber polymer bacterial fertilizer on soft seed pomegranate in Huili area shows that it has the ability to improve soil water and fertilizer supply in seasonal arid areas,and has important guidance and application value in actual production.
