    摘要:

    烤烟是重要的经济作物,连作障碍已成为限制其产业发展的主要原因之一,研究长期连作及强还原土壤灭菌处理(RSD)对烤烟根际土壤真菌群落的影响,为缓解烤烟连作障碍提供理论基础。选取烤烟连作 3、5和 7年根际土壤分析理化性质和真菌群落演替规律。选取烤烟连作 3年样地实施强还原土壤灭菌处理(RSD),与未处理(3年)对比,以此评价 RSD修复效果。结果表明:(1)连作处理显著降低烤烟根际土壤 pH及总碳和总氮的含量,RSD处理较未处理(3年)显著提升土壤总碳和总氮的含量。(2)测序结果表明,连作处理显著促进真菌群落 Alpha多样性,主坐标轴分析和聚类分析表明连作处理显著改变真菌群落结构,真菌群落相对丰度的变化及 FUNGuild数据库比对结果表明,连作处理促使病原菌丰度增加。(3)与未处理(3年)相比,RSD处理显著降低真菌群落多样性和病原菌丰度。(4)相关性热图分析表明病原菌相对丰度与 pH、总碳和总氮含量呈显著负相关。因此,长期连作烤烟导致根际土壤质量退化,造成病原菌增多;RSD处理对连作土壤的质量和真菌群落具有良好的修复效果。

    Abstract:

    Flue-cured tobacco is an important economiccrop,and continuous cropping obstacle has become one of the mainreasons limiting its industrialdevelopment. The effects of long-term continuous cropping and reductive soil disinfestation(RSD) on the fungal community in rhizosphere soil were studied to provide theoretical basis for alleviating continuous cropping obstacles of flue-curedtobacco.The rhizosphere soil of flue -cured tobacco cropping for3,5 and 7 years was selected toanalyze the physical and chemical properties and the succession law of fungal community.The RSD treatment was applied to the soil of continuous tobacco cropping for 3 years and the repair effect of RSD was evaluated by comparing with untreatedgroup.The results showed that:(1)Continuous cropping significantly reducedpH,the contents of total carbon and total nitrogen in rhizosphere soil of flue-curedtobacco,and RSD treatment significantly increased the contents of total carbonand total nitrogen in 3 year treatment.(2)The results of sequencing showed that continuous cropping treatment significantlyincreased the Alpha diversity of fungalcommunity.Principal axis analysis and cluster analysis showed that continuouscropping significantly changed the structure of fungalcommunity,the relative abundance of fungal community and thecomparison results of FUNGuild database showed that continuous cropping treatment increased the abundance of pathogens.(3)Compared with untreated 3 years treatment,RSD treatment significantly reduced fungal community diversity and pathogen abundance.(4)Correlation heat map analysis showed that the relative abundance of pathogens was significantly negativelycorrelated withpH,total carbon and total nitrogencontent.Therefore,long -term continuous cropping of flue-cured tobaccoresulted in the degradation of rhizosphere soil quality and the increase ofpathogens.RSD treatment had good remediation effect on soil quality and fungal community.
