    摘要:

    为探究不同富集植物与小麦间作对镉(Cd)吸收转运的影响,分析单间作种植模式下植物的 Cd吸收转运差异,设置了小麦分别与龙葵、苋菜、黑麦草的单间作盆栽试验。结果表明,相对于单作小麦,与龙葵、苋菜间作的小麦地上部 Cd含量分别显著增加 1.35、1.34倍,根部分别显著增加 46.3%、25.9%,与黑麦草间作的小麦地上部 Cd含量显著增加 1.30倍;另外,与龙葵间作的小麦地上部 Cd累积量增加 1.13倍,与苋菜和黑麦草间作

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effects of intercropping different accumulators with wheat on Cd absorption and transportunder Cd stress,a monoculture -intercropping pot experiment was carried out utilizing wheat with Solanum nigrum L., Amaranthus mangostanus L. and Lolium perence L.,respectively.The results showed that the Cd content in the shoots and roots of wheat intercropped with Solanum nigrum L. and Amaranthus mangostanusL. were significantly increased by1.35, 1.34 times and46.3%,25.9%,respectively,compared with monoculturewheat,and the Cd content in the shoots of wheat intercropped with Lolium perenceL. was increased significantly by 1.30 times.Inaddition,compared with monoculturewheat,the Cd accumulation in the shoots of wheat intercropped with Solanum nigrumL. was increased by 1.13times,and the Cd accumulation in the shoots and roots of wheat were significantly decreased under intercropping with Amaranthus mangostanus L. and Lolium perence L.
