    摘要:

    以“新冬22号”为试验材料,开展了化肥减施对滴灌冬小麦灌浆期光合生理特征变化的影响研究。田间试验在新疆农业科学院奇台麦类试验站开展,分别设置CF(常规施肥)、N4P2、N3P2、N3P1、N2P1、N1P1、N0P1(不施N)、N3P0(不施P2O5)、N0P0(不施肥)9个施肥处理。研究冬小麦在灌浆期的株高、旗叶SPAD值、旗叶净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、光能利用效率(Eu)、瞬时水分利用效率(WUE)以及成熟期产量的差异。结果表明:(1)冬小麦的株高、旗叶SPAD值随着氮、磷施用量的减少呈现先平缓后显著降低的趋势;其中CF、N4P2、N3P2、N3P1处理间无显著差异。而产量随着氮、磷施用量的减少呈现先增加后平缓的趋势,继续减施则产量降低,当施N、P2O5量分别减少为240和120 kg/hm2时产量最高。(2)冬小麦旗叶的Pn、Gs、Tr、Ci、Eu、WUE随着氮、磷施用量的减少呈现先平缓后显著降低的趋势。(3)当施N、P2O5量减少为240和120 kg/hm2时,灌浆期株高、SPAD值、产量、光合生理指标仍无显著降低,且施N较施P2O5处理对冬小麦的影响更大。综上,合理的氮、磷施用量可提高灌浆期冬小麦旗叶的叶绿素含量,并通过光合作用促进冬小麦生长和产量增加,但过量的氮、磷施用量并未促进冬小麦的生长和产量增加;施N量为240 kg/hm2、施P2O5量为120 kg/hm2能够保证小麦的正常生长,并且维持高产。

    Abstract:

    Taking “Xindong 22” as the experimental material,the effect of fertilizer reduction on the changes of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of winter wheat during the filling period was studied.The field experiment was carried out at the Qitai Wheat Test Station of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Nine fertilization treatments including CF(conventional fertilization),N4P2,N3P2,N3P1,N2P1,N1P1,N0P1(no N),N3P0(no P2O5),and N0P0(no fertilizer) were set up,respectively.The plant height,flag leaf SPAD values,the net photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr),intercell CO2 concentration (Ci),light energy use efficiency (Eu),instantaneous water use efficiency (WUE) and yield of spring wheat in the filling stage were studied.The results showed as follows :(1) The plant height and flag leaf SPAD values of winter wheat showed a gentle trend at first and then significantly decreased with the decrease of N and P application rates; There was no significant difference between CF,N4P2,N3P2 and N3P1 treatments.However,with the decrease of N and P application rates,the yield increased first and then leveled off,and the highest yield was obtained when the application rate of N and P2O5 decreased to 240 and 120 kg/hm2, respectively.(2) The Pn,GS,Tr,Ci,Eu and WUE of flag leaves of winter wheat showed a gentle trend at first and then decreased significantly with the decrease of nitrogen and phosphorus application rates.(3) When the application of N and P2O5 was reduced to 240 and 120 kg/hm2,respectively,the plant height,SPAD value,yield and photosynthetic physiological indexes did not significantly decrease at the grain filling stage,and the effect of N application was greater than that of P2O5 treatment.In conclusion,reasonable application of N and P can increase the chlorophyll content of flag leaves of winter wheat at grain filling stage,and promote the growth and yield of winter wheat through photosynthesis,but excessive application of N and P does not promote the growth and yield of winter wheat.Under the condition of N 240 kg/hm2 and P2O5 120 kg/hm2,the normal growth and high yield of wheat could be guaranteed.
