Effects of the application of Hermetia illucens sandworm on the growth,quality of three vegetables and soil nutrient contents

    摘要:

    采用盆栽试验,研究了添加量为10%、20%、30%、40%比例的黑水虻虫沙对红苋菜、大叶木耳菜、圆角菠菜3种蔬菜的生长、品质以及土壤养分的影响,为黑水虻虫沙的利用提供参考。结果表明:与不施肥相比,施用黑水虻虫沙后红苋菜、大叶木耳菜、圆角菠菜的株高、生物量、叶绿素含量差异显著,3种蔬菜的叶绿素平均含量分别是不施肥的1.1、1.1、1.2倍,株高分别为9.8、3.0、2.9倍,鲜重分别为63.2、14.8、61.5倍。施用黑水虻虫沙后3种蔬菜的品质也得到了提高,维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量分别为不施肥组的3.1、1.9、1.4倍。黑水虻虫沙的最佳施用量为20%,用量过大反而抑制生长,导致蔬菜的产量和品质下降。施用黑水虻虫沙可以显著提高土壤养分含量,土壤有机质含量提高22.0%,全氮、全磷、全钾、有效磷含量分别为不施肥的2.6、1.9、1.2、23.7倍。由此可见,黑水虻虫沙可作为一种肥效较好的有机肥在蔬菜种植中应用,但需注意长时间施用后导致的土壤酸化和盐分积累问题。

    Abstract:

    A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of hermetia illucens sandworm with the addition ratio of 10%,20%,30% and 40% on the growth,quality of Amaranthus mangostanus L .,Gynura cusimbua and Spinacia oleracea L. and the soil nutrient contents,so as to provide references for the utilization of Hermetia illucens sandworm.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height,biomass and chlorophyll content of Amaranthus mangostanus L.,Gynura cusimbua and Spinacia oleracea L.after applying Hermetia illucens sandworm compared with the control. The average chlorophyll content of the three vegetables were 1.1,1.1 and 1.2 times of that of the control treatment.The plant height were 9.8,3.0 and 2.9 times,and the fresh weight were 63.2,14.8 and 61.5 times,respectively.The quality of the three vegetables was also improved after the application of Hermetia illucens sandworm.The contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and sosuble protein were 3.1,1.9 and 1.4 times higher than those of the control,respectively.The best application amount of Hermetia illucens sandworm was 20%.If the application rate is too high,it will inhibit the growth and lead to the decline of vegetable yield and quality.The content of soil organic matter increased by up to 22.0%,the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and available phosphorus were 2.6,1.9,1.2 and 23.7 times as much as that of the control.Therefore,Hermetia illucens sandworm can be used as a kind of organic fertilizer with better fertilizer efficiency in vegetable cultivation.However,soil acidification and salt accumulation after long-term application should be paid attention.
