    摘要:

    为解决因娃娃菜连作带来的一系列问题,通过田间定位试验,研究不同茬口下种植娃娃菜后对土壤化学性质、真菌群落组成及多样性的影响。以不同茬口娃娃菜根际土壤为研究对象,利用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,测定并分析根际土壤化学性质、真菌群落组成及多样性在7种不同茬口:娃娃菜连作(CCC)、西兰花茬口(BMC)、谷子茬口(MMC)、洋葱茬口(OMC)、大豆茬口(SMC)、马铃薯茬口(PMC)、大葱茬口(GMC)的变化。与CCC相比,轮作后根际土壤化学性质差异明显,除PMC外,其他处理娃娃菜根际土壤全磷、有机质、铵态氮、硝态氮、全氮、速效钾含量及EC均上升;土壤pH无明显变化。SMC与MMC娃娃菜根际土壤真菌OTU数、多样性及丰富度指数均显著增加。真菌群落组成结果显示,门水平下子囊菌门(Ascomycota)与油壶菌门(Olpidiomycota)均为7个处理的优势真菌,相对丰度占总相对丰度的64.8%~81.3%,且MMC中子囊菌门相对丰度最高,与CCC相比增加了23.4%;属水平下油壶菌属(Olpidium)为优势菌属,与CCC相比MMC处理油壶菌属相对丰度显著降低了65.2%。相关性分析表明,各处理土壤全氮、有效磷、有机质含量是影响土壤真菌群落结构的主要因素。SMC、MMC、GMC的娃娃菜产量与CCC相比分别显著提高了10.7%、10.4%、10.1%。主成分分析表明,MMC为娃娃菜较好的茬口。MMC能改善后茬娃娃菜土壤化学性质、真菌群落组成及多样性,提高娃娃菜产量,为娃娃菜选择适合的茬口提供一定理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve a series of problems caused by continuous cropping of baby cabbage,field experiments were conducted to study the effects of planting baby cabbage under different rotations on soil chemical properties,fungal community composition and diversity.The rhizosphere soil of baby cabbage in different rotations was studied,the chemical property,fungal community composition and diversity of rhizosphere soil were measured and analyzed by Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technique in seven different stubble:Continuous Cropping of Baby Cabbage(CCC),Previous Crop Broccoli(BMC),Previous Crop Millet(MMC),Previous Crop Onion(OMC),Previous Crop Soya Bean(SMC),Previous Crop Potato(PMC),Previous Crop Green Onion(GMC).Soil chemical properties of rhizosphere soil after rotations were significantly different from that of CCC.The contents of total phosphorus,organic matter,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen,available potassium and EC in rhizosphere soil of all treatments were increased,except PMC,and there was no significant change in soil pH.The OTU number,diversity and richness index of rhizosphere fungi in SMC and MMC were significantly increased.The results of Fungal community composition showed that Ascomycota and Olpidiomycota were the dominant fungi at phyla level.The relative abundance of Ascomycota and Olpidiomycota was 64.8% ~ 81.3% of the total relative abundance,and the relative abundance of MMC was the highest,which increased by 23.4% compared with CCC.The Olpidium was the dominant fungi at genus level,and its relative abundance with MMC was significantly decreased by 65.2% compared with CCC.Correlation analysis showed that the contents of total nitrogen,available phosphorus and organic matter were the main factors affecting soil fungal community structure.Compared with CCC,the yield of SMC,MMC and GMC increased by 10.7%,10.4% and 10.1%,respectively.The principal component analysis showed that the MMC was the best rotation for baby cabbage.MMC can improve soil chemical properties,fungal community composition and diversity,and increase the yield of the baby cabbage,and providea certain theoretical basis for the selection of suitable stubble of baby cabbage.
