Effects of substitution of chemical fertilizer by different organic fertilizers on Ponkan growth,yield and quality

    摘要:

    通过主成分分析和综合得分评判不同种类有机(类)肥料替代化肥的肥效,来明确不同有机(类)肥料替代化肥对椪柑生长发育、产量和品质的影响情况,为柑橘科学减施化肥、合理增施有机(类)肥料及其提质增效提供理论依据与技术支撑。以15年生枳砧台湾椪柑为试验材料开展田间试验,设置单施化肥(CK)、商品有机肥替代化肥(T1)、生物有机肥替代化肥(T2)、烟茎生物有机肥替代化肥(T3)、复合微生物肥料替代化肥(T4)和菜粕饼肥替代化肥(T5)共6个处理,分析不同处理对椪柑的生长发育、生理特性和产量、品质等的影响与综合性评价。结果表明,各有机(类)肥料处理的枝梢、根系生长总体上优于CK,以T3和T4处理的效果最佳,其中T3处理的总根长和根数分别比CK增加了24.8%和35.8%;且T2和T3处理改善根系分布比例的效果较好;各有机(类)肥料处理的果实干物质量比CK增加了20.2%~25.9%,以T2处理最大;5月椪柑根系活力最高,9月较小,以T2和T3处理的根系活力较强;椪柑叶片和果实的氮、磷、钾含量以T3和T4处理相对较高;2019、2020年均以T3处理的单果重最高,且各有机(类)肥料处理的产量分别比CK增加了19.4%~26.9%和23.1%~34.0%,且分别以T3和T2处理相对较高;各有机(类)肥料处理的椪柑果实外观品质比CK有一定程度的提升,且以T2和T3处理相对较好;有机(类)肥料处理的果实内在品质均比CK有所提升,总体上以T2和T3处理的果实品质较好。各处理的主成分综合得分大小顺序为T3>T2>T5>T1>T4>CK,即各有机(类)肥料处理的肥料效应比CK效果好,尤其以T3处理相对最优。

    Abstract:

    The principal.component.analysis and the comprehensive score were used to evaluate the fertilizer effect of substitution of chemical fertilizer by different kinds of organic fertilizers,to clarify the effect of different kinds of organic fertilizer substitution on the growth and development of Ponkan citrus,yield and quality,for the scientific reduction of citrus fertilizer,the rational application of organic fertilizer and its quality and efficiency to provide theoretical basis and technical support.Field tests were carried out with 15-year-old Taiwan Ponkan grafted on Poncirus trifoliata(L.)as test materials,and six treatments were set up,including chemical fertilizer alone(CK),commodity organic fertilizer substitution(T1),bio-organic fertilizer substitution(T2),smoke stem bio-organic fertilizer substitution(T3),composite microbial organic fertilizer substitution(T4)and oil cake organic fertilizer substitution(T5),and the effects of different treatments on the growth and development,physiology and yield,quality of Ponkan citrus were analyzed.The results showed that the growth of branches and roots treated by organic fertilizer was better than CK in general,with T3 and T4 being the best,of which the total length of roots and the number of roots treated by T3 were 24.8% and 35.8% higher than CK,respectively,and the improving effect of distribution ratio of root system with T2 and T3 treatments was better.The fruit dry matter of organic fertilizer substitution treatments increased by 20.2% to 25.9% compared with CK,with T2 treatment as the largest. The root vigor of Ponkan citrus was the highest in May and smaller in September.The root vigor of Ponkan citrus treated with T2 and T3 was stronger than other treatment.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents of Ponkan citrus leaves,fruit of T3 and T4 were relatively high.The single fruit weight treated with T3 was the highest in 2019 and 2020. The yield of each organic fertilizer treatment was increased by 19.4% to 26.9% and 23.1% to 34.0%,respectively,compared with CK,of which was relatively high in T3 and T2 treatments,respectively.The appearance quality of fruit was improved,and the treatments of T2 and T3 was relatively better;the intrinsic quality of the fruit treated with organic fertilizer was improved compared with CK,and the fruit treated with T2 and T3 was better overall.The comprehensive score order of the principal.component.analysis of each treatment was T3> T2> T5> T1> T4 > CK,that is,the fertilizer effect of each organic fertilizer treatment was better than CK,especially with T3 treatment,which was relatively optimal.
