    摘要:

    以内蒙古河套平原典型的盐碱土为研究对象,研究3种不同盐碱化程度土壤有机碳和微生物量碳的垂直分布(0~100 cm)特征,探讨其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:不同盐碱化程度土壤有机碳和微生物量碳大小顺序为:轻度盐碱化土壤>中度盐碱化土壤>重度盐碱化土壤,且不同盐碱化程度土壤机碳、微生物量碳含量均存在显著差异;0~100 cm土层土壤有机碳含量范围分别为1.96~6.21、1.90~5.34、1.36~3.92 g/kg,土壤微生物量碳含量范围分别为61.18~121.72、41.10~109.85、12.61~35.73 mg/kg。在垂直剖面上,不同盐碱化程度土壤有机碳、微生物量碳均随土层深度的增加而表现出降低的变化趋势,并存在明显的分层特征;不同盐碱化程度土壤有机碳、微生物量碳含量在不同土层间的显著性差异各不相同。土壤微生物量碳与有机碳的比值随土壤深度的增加表现为先降低后升高的变化趋势,其剖面空间变异性随土层深度的增加逐渐降低。不同盐碱化程度土壤微生物量碳与有机碳含量显著相关,且随盐碱化程度的增加相关性逐渐增大;土壤微生物量碳与土壤容重呈显著的负相关性,而与土壤含水量未表现出明显的相关性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the field sampling survey,the typical saline-alkali soil in three different salinization degrees in the Hetao plain of Inner Mongolia was used as the research object to study the vertical distribution (0 ~ 100 cm) characteristics of soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon,and the relationships between the soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon and environmental factors were explored.Results showed that the order of soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in different salinization degrees was:mild salinization soil > moderate salinization soil > severe salinization soil,and there were significant differences in the contents of soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in different salinization degrees.The contents of organic carbon in 0 ~ 100 cm layer soil were 1.96 ~ 6.21,1.90 ~ 5.34 and 1.36 ~ 3.92 g/kg,respectively,and the contents of soil microbial biomass carbon were 61.18 ~ 121.72,41.10 ~ 109.85 and 12.61 ~ 35.73 mg/kg,respectively.In the vertical section,the organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon of different salinized soils decreased with the increase of soil depth.The contents of soil organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon were significantly different in different salinization degrees and different soil layers.The ratio of soil microbial biomass carbon to organic carbon decreased first and then increased with the increase of soil depth,and its spatial variation coefficient decreased with the increase of soil depth.There was a significant correlation between soil microbial biomass carbon and organic carbon contentin different salinization degrees,and the correlation gradually increased with the increase of salinization degree.There wasa significantly negative correlation between soil microbial biomass carbon and soil bulk density,but there was no obvious relativity with soil water content.
