    摘要:

    将秸秆废弃物生物发酵产生的沼渣作为原料,添加不同辅助材料,制成4种肥料(以下简称“沼渣肥料”),以水稻为研究对象,设置不施肥(CK)、常规施肥(FP)、沼渣有机肥(T1)、沼渣生物有机肥(T2)、沼渣有机无机复混肥料(T3)和沼渣复合微生物肥料(T4)共6个处理,研究其肥效价值及其对水稻产量、土壤理化性质、酶活性及微生物等多项指标的影响,为秸秆的资源化利用提供理论支持。结果表明,与FP处理相比,施用沼渣肥料水稻产量均有所提高,其中T4处理水稻产量最高,达到9571 kg/hm2;沼渣肥料处理较FP处理可有效降低施氮量18.59%~19.70%,提高氮肥利用率1.37%~11.04%。沼渣肥料处理较FP处理降低了土壤有效态Cd和稻米Cd含量,并降低稻米的Cd富集系数;另外,还可以提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性及土壤呼吸强度。在土壤团聚体含量(WR0.25)方面,各施肥处理均显著高于CK,沼渣肥料处理仅T1、T4处理WR0.25高于FP处理,其余处理差异不显著;微生物数量方面,T3、T4处理土壤细菌和放线菌数量均有显著增加。沼渣肥料在多项指标中均优于常规施肥,其中T4处理水稻增产效果最好,对土壤环境的改善效果也

    Abstract:

    The biogas residue produced by biological fermentation of straw waste was used as raw material,different auxiliary materials were added to make four kinds of fertilizers (the following referred to as “biogas residue fertilizer”).Taking rice as the research object,six treatments were set up:no fertilization (CK),conventional fertilization (FP),biogas residue organic fertilizer (T1),biogas residue bio-organic fertilizer (T2),biogas residue organic-inorganic compound fertilizer (T3) and biogas residue compound microbial fertilizer (T4),to study the fertilizer efficiency and impacts on rice yield,soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activity and microorganism,so as to provide theoretical support for the resource utilization of straw.The results showed that,compared with FP treatment,the rice yield of biogas residue fertilizer increased,and the rice yield of T4 treatment was the highest,which was up to 9571 kg/hm2;Compared with FP treatment,biogas residue fertilizer treatment effectively reduced nitrogen application by 18.59%~19.70% and improved nitrogen use efficiency by 1.37%~11.04%.Compared with FP treatment,biogas residue fertilizer treatment decreased the content of soil available Cd and rice Cd,decreased the Cd enrichment coefficient of rice,and improved the activities of soil urease,catalase,polyphenol oxidase and soil respiration.In terms of soil aggregate content (WR0.25),all fertilization treatments were significantly higher than CK;In the biogas residue fertilizer treatments,only T1 and T4 treatments WR0.25 were higher than FP treatment,and there was no significant difference among other treatments.In terms of microbial quantity,the number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes in T3 and T4 treatments increased significantly.Biogas residue fertilizer is superior to conventional fertilization in many indexes,and T4 treatment has the best effect on increasing rice yield and improving soil environment.
