    摘要:

    以兰州百合为试材,采用田间裂区试验(二因素三水平),分析了不同有机肥配施处理下钾肥对百合栽培土壤养分、酶活性、百合养分吸收、生长发育、产量及钾肥利用情况的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,所有钾肥和有机肥配施处理均提高了土壤中速效钾、有效磷、水解性氮、土壤有机质、百合根、茎、叶、花苞及鳞茎中营养元素(氮、磷、钾)的含量。除个别处理外,大部分配施处理均能提高土壤蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶活性,同时降低土壤脲酶活性;所有配施处理下,百合株高、茎粗、冠幅、单株鳞茎鲜重和产量均显著高于CK,钾肥农学利用率总体上随着钾肥施入量的增加而变小。有机肥配施处理下,施用钾肥能促进百合生长,提高百合产量。在钾肥施入量为150 kg/hm2(K2)、有机肥为9000 kg/hm2(M2)时,百合单株鳞茎鲜重、产量及钾肥农学利用率均达到最大,建议固原冷凉地区百合栽培的钾肥与有机肥配施以K2M2

    Abstract:

    Using Lanzhou lily as test material,the effects of potassium fertilizer on lily cultivation soil nutrients,enzyme activity,lily nutrient absorption,lily growth and development,lily yield and potassium fertilizer utilization under different organic fertilizer application treatments were analyzed by field split-plot experiment(two factors and three levels). The results showed that compared with CK,the combined application of all potassium and organic fertilizers increased the contents of available potassium,available phosphorus,hydrolytic nitrogen,soil organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in lily roots,stems,leaves,flower buds and bulbs.Except for some treatments,most of the combined application treatments could increase the activities of sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and catalase in soil,but reduce the activity of soil urease.Under all application treatments,lily plant height,stem diameter,crown width,bulb fresh weight per plant and lily yield were significantly higher than CK.The agronomic utilization rate of potassium fertilizer decreased with the increase of potassium fertilizer application.Under the treatment of organic fertilizer application,potassium fertilizer application can promote growth and increase the yield of lily.When the potassium fertilizer treatment is 150 kg/hm2(K2)and the organic fertilizer treatment is 9000 kg/hm2(M2),the bulb fresh weight per plant,yield and potassium fertilizer agronomic efficiency of lily reach the maximum.It is suggested that K2M2 should be used for the application of potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer in the Guyuan cold area.
