    摘要:

    为掌握铅(Pb)胁迫下不同芥菜品种(系)的生长特性和Pb的吸收特征,通过水培试验对142个芥菜品种(系)进行200 mg·L-1 Pb胁迫研究,筛选10个Pb耐性良好的品种开展土壤盆栽试验(CK、处理1、处理2、处理3对应的土壤中Pb浓度分别为0、70、400、800 mg·kg-1),分析不同Pb浓度对芥菜生长情况、叶绿素、株高、鲜重的影响,总结Pb在芥菜茎叶和根系的分布特征,研究发现:(1)低浓度Pb(70 mg·kg-1)处理未显著影响芥菜的存活情况,高浓度Pb(400、800 mg·kg-1)则影响显著芥菜生长;(2)与CK相比,处理1各芥菜株高变化不显著、鲜重有所增加,处理2、3鲜重和株高均显著下降;(3)不同处理各芥菜鲜样地上部Pb含量在未检出~4.33 mg·kg-1之间,除CK及处理1的部分品种(系)(1、3、8、9号)未超过《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2017)限值外,其他处理均超标;各芥菜地上部、地下部Pb含量(以干基计)分别在未检出~62.0、未检出~465.9 mg·kg-1之间,地上部<地下部,且随着土壤中Pb浓度的增加而增加;在低Pb浓度(处理1)时,3、6、9号的Pb含量较高,1、5、8号较低;(4)各芥菜的富集系数(<0.10)和转运系数(<0.46)均小于1。富集系数在处理1有增加趋势,但处理2、3有所下降,转运系数变化规律不一致,在低Pb浓度(处理1)时6、9、7号富集、转运能力较强,1、8号较差;(5)不同处理,各芥菜单株Pb提取量在0.52~195.0 μg·株-1之间,随着Pb浓度的增加而增加。在低Pb浓度时(处理1),6、4号单株Pb提取量较大,1号最小。 因此得出:(1)低浓度的Pb对各芥菜生长无显著抑制作用,高浓度的Pb则起显著抑制作用。(2)供试芥菜均具备吸收Pb的能力,在Pb污染土壤上生产有一定的风险,其中1、3、8、9号在低Pb浓度(≤70 mg·kg-1)下Pb累积量较低,可进一步开展田间试验验证其是否可作为蔬菜污染土壤上种植。(3)各芥菜地上部Pb含量<100 mg·kg-1,富集系数、转运系数<1,不属于Pb超积累植物;在低Pb浓度(≤70 mg·kg-1)污染土壤上,6号对Pb的吸收、富集、转运、提取能力较强,1号最差。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the growth characteristics and Pb absorption characteristics of different mustard varieties(lines)under Pb stress,142 mustard varieties(lines)were studied under 200 mg·L-1 Pb stress through hydroponic experiment. 10 varieties with good Pb tolerance were selected to carry out soil pot experiment(The Pb concentration of CK,T1,T2,T3 was 0,70,400,800 mg·kg-1,respectively). The effects of different Pb concentrations on the growth,chlorophyll,plant height and fresh weight of mustard were analyzed. The distribution characteristics of Pb in shoots and roots of mustard were summarized. The results showed that:(1)the low concentration of Pb(70 mg·kg-1)did not significantly affect the survival of mustard,while the high concentration of Pb(400 and 800 mg·kg-1)significantly inhibited the survival rate of mustard.(2)compared with CK,the plant height of each mustard in T1 did not change significantly,but the fresh weight had a certain increasing trend,while those of T2 and T3 decreased significantly.(3)Under different treatments,the Pb content in shoot of fresh samples of mustard varieties was ND(not detected)~4.33 mg·kg-1. Except for CK and some varieties of treatment 1(varieties 1,3,8,9)in which it did not exceed the standard,the contents of Pb in shoots and roots of mustard varieties(on dry basis)in other treatments exceeded the limits of GB 2762-2017. Pb contents in shoots and roots of all mustard varieties were ND~62.0 and ND~465.9 mg·kg-1,respectively. The content of Pb in soil increased with the increase of Pb concentration. Under low Pb concentration(T1),the Pb content of varieties 3,6 and 9 was higher than that of varieties 1,5 and 8.(4)The bioaccumulation factor and translocation factor of all mustard varieties were less than 1. The bioaccumulation factor increased in T1,but decreased in T2 and T3,and it increased with the increase of Pb concentration. At low Pb concentration(T1),varieties 6,9,7 had strong enrichment and transport capacity,while varieties 1 and 8 had poor transport capacity;(5)Under different treatments,the Pb extraction of mustard ranged from 0.52~195.0 μg·plant-1,which increased with the increase of Pb concentration. Under low Pb concentration(T1),varieties 6 and 4 had the most Pb extraction,and varieties 1 had the least. Therefore,it is concluded that:(1)Low concentration of Pb can promote the growth of mustard,while high concentration can inhibit the growth of mustard.(2)The results showed that mustard had the ability to absorb Pb,and there was a risk of excessive Pb in vegetable products planted on the Pb contaminated soil. Among them,varieties 1,3,8 and 9 have low Pb accumulation under low Pb( ≤70 mg·kg-1),so field experiments can be carried out to verify whether they can be planted on vegetable contaminated soil.(3)The content of Pb in the shoot was less than 100 mg·kg-1,and the Pb content of shoot was lower than that of root,and the bioaccumulation factor and translocation factor were less than 1,indicating that all of them were not Pb hyperaccumulators. In low Pb(≤70 mg·kg-1)contaminated soil,varieties 6 had a strong ability to absorb,enrich,transport and extract Pb,and varieties 1 is the worst.
