Rapid determination of sodium content in soil and plant by continuous flow analyzer-flame photometer

    摘要:

    为解决在土壤、植物钠含量的检测分析过程中火焰光度计法手动操作、效率低等问题,利用实验室现有连续流动分析仪,搭建了连续流动分析仪与火焰光度计联用平台,并优化了以土壤、植物样品的钠元素检测条件。结果表明,仪器响应值与钠的质量浓度在10 mg/L以内呈线性,相关系数为0.999,相对标准偏差小于3.12%,植物、土壤中钠的检出限分别为0.018和0.016 mg/L。结合连续流动分析仪的自动化程度高与火焰光度计的检测精度高的特点,实现了对土壤、植物钠含量快速精确的测定分析,拓展了仪器功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and manual operation of flame photometer in the process of soil and plant sodium content detection and analysis,a method of sodium determination by combining flame photometer with continuous flow analyzer was built. The content of sodium in soil and plant samples was determined by this method,and the detection conditions were optimized. The results showed that the concentration of sodium was linear within 10 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.12%. The detection limits of sodium in plant and soil samples were 0.018 and 0.016 mg/L,respectively. In this research,the high degree of automation of continuous flow analyzer and the high detection accuracy of flame photometer were combined,and the rapid and accurate determination and analysis of soil and plant sodium content were realized. At the same time,the new functions of the instrument was expanded.
