    摘要:

    为探究氮磷钾不同配比对知母产量及品质的影响,采用“3414”大田试验设计对一年生知母进行生长指标调查、品质检查和芒果苷含量分析。结果表明,施肥处理显著增加知母的株高、分蘖数、根茎直径、叶干重、须根干重和根茎干重;氮、磷、钾肥两两互作均在中等水平时对知母产量影响显著;肥料的农学效率表现为随着施肥量的增加呈先增后减的趋势,氮肥和磷肥的偏生产力随着施氮和施磷量的增加而降低;知母根茎的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分均符合《中国药典》(2020版)规定,氮肥和钾肥对知母根茎芒果苷含量影响显著,磷肥对其影响较小。将各项指标进行隶属函数综合评价分析得出效果最佳的处理为N2P2K2,即施肥量为N 105.00 kg·hm-2、P2O5 90.00 kg·hm-2、K2O 75.00 kg·hm-2,N∶P2O5∶K2O的比例为1∶0.86∶0.71。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of different NPK ratios on the yield and quality of Anemarrhena asphodeloides,the “3414” field experiment were conducted.Growth index survey,quality inspection and mangiferin content analysis were conducted for one-year-old Anemarrhena asphodeloides.The results showed that fertilization treatment significantly increased the plant height,tiller number,rhizome diameter,leaf dry weight,fibrous root dry weight and rhizome dry weight of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.The interaction of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had a positive effect on Anemarrhena asphodeloides yield at medium level.The agronomic efficiency of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers were increased first and then decreased with increasing the application amounts of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,the partial productivity of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer were decreased with increasing the application amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus.The content of moisture,total ash and acid-insoluble ash of the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides were in line with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition).nitrogen and potassium fertilizers had a significant effect on the content of mangiferin in the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides,while P had little effect on it.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the membership function of each index showed that the best treatment was N2P2K2,the fertilizer rate were N 105.00 kg·hm-2,P2O5 90.00 kg·hm-2,K2O 75.00 kg·hm-2,and the ratio of N,P2O5 and K2O was 1∶0.86∶0.71.
