    摘要:

    为解决‘金丝皇菊’在湖南地区种植面临的土壤问题以及实现湖南黑茶的茶渣废弃物再利用,本研究采用黑茶渣、黑茶渣腐熟有机肥、市售有机肥、黄壤土作为基质应用于‘金丝皇菊’栽培,并对4种栽培基质进行理化性质分析,测量‘金丝皇菊’栽培过程中的生长形态指标和光合特性指标,研究黑茶废弃物应用于‘金丝皇菊’栽培的可行性。结果显示,黑茶渣有机肥基质理化性质在4种基质中表现最佳,容重、总孔隙度、持水能力显著大于黄壤土,碱解氮含量(791.18 mg/kg)为4组中最高。根据4组基质栽培的‘金丝皇菊’植株生长形态指标可知,黑茶渣有机肥基质栽培的‘金丝皇菊’营养状况最好,其株高(45 cm)、冠幅(28.125 cm)、茎粗(6.54 mm)、叶片总叶绿素含量(17.50 mg/L)均显著高于其他组。由4组基质栽培的‘金丝皇菊’植株光合特性指标可知,黑茶渣有机肥基质栽培的‘金丝皇菊’叶片净光合速率[19.34 μmol/(m2·s)]显著高于其他基质,光补偿点[2.77 μmol/(m2·s)]和暗呼吸速率[0.43 μmol/(m2·s)]则显著低于其他基质组。黑茶渣有机肥基质栽培的‘金丝皇菊’叶片快速叶绿素荧光诱导曲线较其他3组基质变形大,而初始荧光、非光化学淬灭系数等荧光指标显著低于黄壤土,但其最大荧光、光化学淬灭系数等荧光指标显著高于黄壤土。由此可知,黄壤土中添加黑茶废弃物的腐熟有机肥可有效改善土壤的理化性质,有利于‘金丝皇菊’的光合作用,从而促进了‘金丝皇菊’的生长。黑茶废弃物的再利用在提高‘金丝皇菊’生产经济效益的同时,也缓解了黑茶废弃物的处理压力,通过有机循环利用实现生态环境保护。

    Abstract:

    The purpose of solving the soil problems of the cultivation of Dendranthema morifolium‘Jinsi Huangju’ in Hunan and realizing the reuse of tea leaf waste of Hunan dark tea.The study used dark tea waste,dark tea waste decomposed organic fertilizer,commercial fertilizer and yellow loam as substrates of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’. The physical and chemical properties of the four cultivation substrates were analyzed,and the growth morphological indexes and photosynthetic characteristics of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ was measured to study the feasibility of applying dark tea waste to the cultivation of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of dark tea waste organic fertilizer matrix were the best among the four substrates,the bulk density,total porosity and water holding capacity were significantly better than those of yellow loam,and the alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content(791.18 mg/kg)was the highest in the four groups.According to the plant growth morphological indexes of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ cultivated in four groups of substrates,the nutritional status of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’cultivated in dark tea waste organic fertilizer substrate was the best,and its plant height(45 cm),crown width(28.125 cm),stem diameter (6.54 mm)and total chlorophyll content in leaves(17.50 mg/L)were significantly higher than those in other groups.According to the photosynthetic characteristics of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ cultivated in four groups of substrates,the net photosynthetic rate of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ cultivated in dark tea waste organic fertilizer substrate[19.34 μmol/(m2·s)] was significantly higher than that of other substrates,and the light compensation point[2.77 μmol/(m2·s)] and dark respiration rate[0.43 μmol/(m2·s)] was significantly lower than that of other matrix groups. The rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction curve of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’cultivated on dark tea waste organic fertilizer substrate was larger than that of the other three groups,and the fluorescence indexes such as initial fluorescence and non-photochemical quenching coefficient were significantly lower than those in yellow loam group,but the fluorescence indexes such as maximum fluorescence and photochemical quenching coefficient were significantly higher than those in yellow loam group.The reuse of dark tea waste not only has the economic benefits of D. morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ production,but also alleviates the pressure of dark tea waste treatment,and realizes ecological and environmental protection through organic recycling.
