    摘要:

    为揭示连续定点不同氮用量对棉田土壤微生物的影响,于2018~2020年在阿拉尔连续3年定点设置6个氮处理:0 kg/hm2(N0)、90 kg/hm2(N1)、180 kg/hm2(N2)、270 kg/hm2(N3)、360 kg/hm2(N4)、450 kg/hm2(N5),研究了连续3年定点施氮对0~60 cm土层三大菌群数量及结构比例的影响。结果表明,各处理0~60 cm土层土壤微生物均以细菌为主,放线菌次之,真菌最少。连续定点施氮可分别提高0~60 cm土层土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌总数,且随施氮量的增加基本呈先增后降的变化趋势。其中细菌、放线菌数量均在N3处理达到峰值,其数量变化均主要集中在0~40 cm土层(0~40 cm细菌占其总数的71.92%~79.65%,0~40 cm放线菌占其总数的77.21%~92.06%);真菌数量在N4处理达到峰值,其数量变化主要集中在0~20 cm土层(0~20 cm真菌占其总数的35.62%~65.84%)。随施氮量的增加,三大菌群总数呈先增后降的趋势,至N3处理最高,为9.70×106 CFU/g,细菌/真菌和放线菌/真菌基本呈降低的趋势,真菌占比则总体呈上升的趋势。因此,南疆阿拉尔地区推荐施氮量为270 kg/hm2,可平衡土壤微生物菌群结构,获得较好的土壤生态环境。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the effects of different nitrogen application rates on soil microorganisms in cotton fields,a field experiment was conducted with in Alaer region for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020.Six nitrogen treatments,including 0 kg/hm2(N0),90 kg/hm2(N1),180 kg/hm2(N2),270 kg/hm2(N3),360 kg/hm2(N4)and 450 kg/hm2(N5),were set up to study the effects of located and quantitative nitrogen fertilization on the number and structure proportion of the three microflora in 0~60 cm soil layer.The results showed that,in the 0~60 cm soil layer of each treatment,soil microorganisms were mainly bacteria,actinomycetes followed,and fungi were the least.Continuous located and quantitative nitrogen fertilization increased the total numbers of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in 0~60 cm soil layer.With the increase of nitrogen application rates,the total numbers of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes basically increased first and then decreased.The maximum number of bacteria and actinomycetes appeared at the treatment N3,and the changes were mainly reflected in 0~40 cm soil layer(bacteria from 0~40 cm soil layer accounted for 71.92%~79.65% of the total,actinomycetes from 0~40 cm soil layer accounted for 77.21%~92.06% of the total);The maximum number of fungi appeared at the treatment N4,and the variation was mainly reflected in 0~20 cm soil layer(fungi from 0~20 cm soil layer accounted for 35.62%~65.84% of the total).With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the total number of the three microflora increased first and then decreased,the maximum values appeared at the treatment N3(9.70×106 CFU/g),and the bacteria/fungi and actinomycetes/fungi basically showed a decreasing trend,while the proportion of fungi generally showed an increasing trend.Therefore,the recommended nitrogen application rate in Alar region is 270 kg/hm2,which can balance the structure of soil microbial flora and obtain a better soil ecological environment.
