    摘要:

    研究氯化钾和硫酸钾2种不同钾肥及其配施对滇重楼生长发育和入药品质的影响,为栽培滇重楼合理施肥提供科学依据。采用盆栽试验,以不施用钾肥为对照(CK),以每1 kg土中施用0.3 g K2O用量下KCl和K2SO4的配施比例分别为100∶0(PF1)、75∶25(PF2)、50∶50(PF3)、25∶75(PF4)和0∶100(PF5)为处理,观察不同钾肥配施对滇重楼根系菌根生态特征、光合参数、生物量以及有效成分含量的影响。结果显示:不同钾肥施用组菌根真菌侵染强度与CK相比显著增强;PF4的类胡萝卜素、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别为CK组的107.19%、108.75%和174.27%;PF1、PF2和PF3的净光合速率分别为CK组的128.00%、116.47%和114.51%,蒸腾速率分别为CK组的174.98%、151.62%和129.42%,气孔导度分别为CK组的280.57%、263.75%和118.38%,胞间CO2浓度分别为CK组的114.79%、118.38%和115.83%;PF1、PF2和PF5的超氧化物歧化酶活性分别为CK组的132.44%、121.50%和119.71%,PF3的过氧化物酶活性为CK组的135.62%,PF4可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别为CK组的111.60%和104.67%,PF5可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别为CK组的106.55%和103.31%;PF1、PF2和PF3的丙二醛含量较CK有显著降低;PF3、PF4组能明显提高滇重楼的生长指标;PF5和PF2组分别能够显著提高滇重楼新根茎的鲜重和折干率;所有钾肥施用组滇重楼新根茎重楼皂苷I、II、VII以及总皂苷的含量较CK组有显著增加。综合来看,氯化钾和硫酸钾配施比例为75∶25(PF2)时效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of potassium chloride and potassium sulfate and their combined applications on the growth and quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis,and to provide scientific basis for the rational fertilization in the cultivation of Paris polyphylla var.Yunnanensis,a potted soil culture experiment was used in this study to observe the effects of different potassium fertilizer combination applications on the root mycorrhizal ecological characteristics,photosynthetic parameters,biomass and effective components of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.The control group was no potassium fertilizer application(CK),the treatment groups was application of KCl and K2SO4 at a ratio of 100∶0(PF1),75∶25(PF2),50∶50(PF3),25∶75(PF4)and 0∶100(PF5),respectively,under the soil dosage of 0.3 g/kg of K2O.The result showed that the AM fungal infection intensities in the roots of the potassium fertilizer application groups increased significantly compared with CK;the content of carotenoids,chlorophyl-a and chlorophyll-b in the leaves of PF4 was 107.19%,108.75% and 174.27% of that in CK,respectively;the net photosynthetic rate of PF1,PF2 and PF3 was 128.00%,116.47% and 114.51%,transpiration rate was 174.98%,151.62% and 129.42%,stomatal conductance was 280.57%,263.75% and 118.38%,intercellular CO2 concentration was 114.79%,118.38% and 115.83% of that of CK,respectively;the superoxide dismutase activity of PF1,PF2 and PF5 was 132.44%,121.50% and 119.71% of that of CK,respectively,the peroxidase activity of PF3 was 135.62% of that of CK,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in PF4 was 111.60% and 104.67% of that in CK,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in PF5 was 106.55% and 103.31% of that in CK;the content of malondialdehyde in PF1,PF2 and PF3 was significantly lower than that in CK;the growth indexes of PF3 and PF4,the fresh weight and drying rate of PF2 and PF5 young rhizome was significantly higher than that of CK;polyphyllin I,polyphyllin II,polyphyllin VII and total saponin in the potassium fertilizer application groups were significantly higher than that of CK.In general,the best combination of KCl and K2SO4 was 75∶25,which provided reference value for standardized planting and scientific fertilization of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.
