    摘要:

    为提高叶菜废弃物好氧发酵效率和堆肥质量,研究不同物料配比对叶菜废弃物好氧堆肥效果的影响,确定叶菜废弃物好氧堆肥的最佳碳氮比(C/N),以叶菜废弃物为主料,玉米秸秆、玉米秸秆+ 牛粪为辅料进行好氧发酵,调节初始C/N 为15、20、25,以pH、电导率、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾以及种子发芽指数来评价好氧堆肥腐熟度及堆肥质量,筛选出叶菜废弃物好氧堆肥的最佳C/N。结果表明:B1 处理(C/N 为20,底料为叶菜废弃物+ 玉米秸秆)种子发芽指数为115.30%,B2 处理(C/N 为20,底料为叶菜废弃物+ 玉米秸秆+ 牛粪)种子发芽指数为126.77%,其堆肥物料腐熟程度最高,腐熟效果最好,B1 处理有机质分解率最高(22.71%),全效养分含量最高(6.4%),全氮、全磷、全钾含量分别增加了26.61%、62.17%、57.23%。综合来看,叶菜废弃物和玉米秸秆联合好氧发酵的C/N 为20 时堆肥效果最好,堆肥底料中添加适量牛粪可以提高堆体物料腐熟程度。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the aerobic fermentation efficiency and composting quality of leaf vegetable waste,the effects of different material ratios on the effect of aerobic composting of leaf vegetable waste were studied and the optimal carbon to nitrogen ratio( C/N)of leaf vegetable waste aerobic composting was determined.Aerobic fermentation was carried out with leaf vegetable waste as the main material and corn straw,corn straw+cow dung as auxiliary materials.The initial C/N was adjusted to 15,20 and 25.The maturity and compost quality of aerobic compost were evaluated by pH,conductivity,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and seed germination index,and the best C/N of leaf vegetable waste aerobic compost was selected.The results showed that:the seed germination index of B1 treatment(C/N was 20,the bottom material was leaf vegetable waste+corn straw)was 115.30%,and the seed germination index of B2 treatment(C/N was 20,the bottom material was leaf vegetable waste+corn straw+cow dung)was 126.77%.The compost material had the highest maturity degree and the best maturity effect,the highest decomposition rate of organic matter in B1 treatment was 22.71%,the highest content of total nutrients was 6.4%,and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium increased by 26.61%,62.17% and 57.23%,respectively.In summary,when the C/N of leaf vegetable waste and corn stover combined aerobic fermentation was 20,the composting effect was the best.Adding an appropriate amount of cow dung to the compost base material can improve the maturity of the pile material.
