    摘要:

    建立含海藻酸水溶肥中重金属砷(As)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)和汞(Hg)的能量色散X 射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)快速检测方法。样品经称重、加酸涡旋,装入样品杯,直接进行EDXRF 扫描,通过识别待测元素特征能量谱峰进行定性,标准加入法进行定量。结果显示:方法选择性好,含海藻酸水溶肥基质元素对5 种重金属能量光谱无干扰;标准加入法能有效克服含海藻酸水溶肥的基质效应,实现对5 种待测重金属的准确定量;方法线性良好,R2>0.9950;检出限为0.21 ~ 6.70 mg/kg,定量限为0.70 ~ 22.40 mg/kg;加标回收率为96.83% ~ 110.63%,日内相对标准偏差为0.58% ~ 6.36%,日间相对标准偏差为0.64% ~ 6.61%。该方法操作简单、快速,有较高的准确性和可靠性,能够满足含海藻酸水溶肥产品中As、Pb、Cd、Cr 和Hg 元素快速质量监测的需要,为推动EDXRF 技术在农业领域的应用提供了有效借鉴。

    Abstract:

    A rapid method for determination of arsenic( As),lead( Pb),cadmium( Cd),chromium( Cr) and mercury(Hg) was developed in the water-soluble fertilizer containing alginic acid by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF).With weighing,adding acid and vortex mixing,the sample was added into the sample cup and scanned by EDXRF directly,the qualitative analysis was carried out by characteristic energy spectrum peak of the elements and the quantitative analysis was performed by standard addition method.The results showed that the method had good selectivity and there was no interference on the energy spectra of the five heavy metals from the matrix elements of the water-soluble fertilizer containing alginic acid;the standard addition method could effectively overcome the matrix effect of the water-soluble fertilizer containing alginic acid and with the method the five metals could be quantified accurately;the linearity of the method was also accepted with R2 > 0.9950;the limits of detection were 0.21 ~ 6.70 mg/kg and the limits of quantitation were 0.70 ~ 22.40 mg/kg;the recoveries were 96.83% ~ 110.63%.The intra-day relative standard deviations were 0.58% ~ 6.36%,and the intra-day relative standard deviations were 0.64% ~ 6.61%.The method is simple,rapid,accuracy and reliability,it can meet the needs of rapid quality monitoring of As,Pb,Cd,Cr and Hg elements in the water-soluble fertilizer containing alginic acid.This study provided a good example for promoting the application of EDXRF technology in the agricultural field.
