    摘要:

    为探究不同密度和基肥(有机肥)、追肥(复合肥)用量及种苗配置对叶菜型甘薯产量、光合特性及品质的影响,以叶菜型甘薯品种‘万菜薯19’为试验材料,采用4因素3水平正交试验设计,重复3次,分3个采收期分析叶菜型甘薯产量、光合特性、品质等因素的变化规律,明确其决定因素与最佳组合,为叶菜型甘薯高产优质栽培技术提供理论参考。结果表明,产量主要由种植密度决定,且产量随着密度、追肥量的增加呈上升趋势,表明适当增加密度和追肥可提高叶菜型甘薯的产量;理论最优组合为 D3S2B2T3,即密度为22.2万株·hm-2,种苗为二节苗,基肥用量4500 kg·hm-2、追肥用量1800 kg·hm-2更易获得高产。叶绿素SPAD值、功能叶面积、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率主要由种植密度、基肥用量、追肥用量决定,且具有随着种植密度的增加而降低,随着基肥、追肥量的增加而增加的趋势,各处理差异极显著,种苗对其影响差异不显著;理论最优组合为 D1S1B3T3,即密度为13.3万株·hm-2、种苗为茎尖苗、基肥用量为9000 kg·hm-2、追肥用量为1800 kg·hm-2的光合特性指标更高。品质主要由种植密度、基肥用量、追肥用量决定,基肥用量为主要决定因素,总糖、粗蛋白质、维生素C、干物质含量随着有机肥施用量的增加而增加,纤维素、硝酸盐的变化规律与其相反,且各处理差异极显著,不同种苗间品质差异不显著,理论最优组合为D1S3B3T3,即密度为13.3万株·hm-2,种苗为三节苗,基肥用量9000 kg·hm-2、追肥用量1800 kg·hm-2品质最高。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of different densities,base fertilizer(organic fertilizer),top dressing (compound fertilizer) and seedling configuration on the yield,photosynthetic characteristics and quality of leafy sweet potato,the leafy sweet potato variety ‘Wancaishu 19’ was used as the experimental material,four factors and three levels orthogonal experimental design was adopted with 3 repetition,and the changes in the yield,photosynthetic characteristics,quality and other factors of leaf-vegetable sweet potatoes were analyzed in three harvest periods,and the determinants and optimal combinations were clarified to provide theoretical reference for high-yield and high-quality cultivation techniques of leafy sweet potato.The results showed that the yield was mainly determined by planting density,and the yield increased with the increase of density and topdressing,indicating that the yield of leafy sweet potato could be improved by appropriately increasing density and topdressing;The theoretical optimal combination for yield is D3S2B2T3,that is,the density is 222000 plants·hm-2,the seedlings are two-stage seedlings,and it is easier to obtain high yield with the amount of base fertilizer 4500 kg ·hm-2 and top dressing 1800 kg ·hm-2.Chlorophyll SPAD value,functional leaf area,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate are mainly determined by planting density,base fertilizer dosage and top dressing dosage,and have a trend of decreasing with the increase of planting density and increasing with the increase of base fertilizer and top dressing dosage.The differences among treatments are very significant,and the effects of seedlings are not significant;The theoretical optimal combination is D1S1B3T3,that is,the density is 133000 plants ·hm-2,the seedlings are shoot tip seedlings,the amount of base fertilizer is 9000 kg·hm-2,the amount of topdressing is 1800 kg ·hm-2,and the photosynthetic characteristics index is higher.The quality is mainly determined by the planting density,the amount of base fertilizer and the amount of topdressing.The amount of base fertilizer is the main determinant.The contents of total sugar,crude protein,vitamin C and dry matter increase with the increase of the amount of organic fertilizer.The change law of cellulose and nitrate is opposite,and the difference between treatments is very significant,and the quality difference between different seedlings is not significant.The theoretical optimal combination is D1S3B3T3,that is,the density is 133000 plants ·hm-2,the seedlings are three section seedlings,the amount of base fertilizer is 9000 kg·hm-2,the amount of topdressing is 1800 kg·hm-2,and the quality is the highest.
